Ricardo was great. I found out that even though I've requested my donut tire to be checked every time I've had my vehicle serviced at least the last 3 times it's never I found out that even though I've requested my donut tire to be checked every time I've had my vehicle serviced at least the last 3 times it's never been checked. I double checked before I left and could tell that it wasn't even though I made sure to empty the back of my vehicle. So returned and found out it wasn't on bill and there is a $15.00 charge for this. So I know know that if it's not on bill it hasn't been done? I will have my son do this in the future. I'm just glad to know I didn't have a flat tire and not having it checked when I drive alone at night. If the customer was informed of these things it would be nice. Instead of just doing nothing.
