Came in to replace an unfixable tire and Jake at service took care of me, he made sure that he had what he needed to take care of my car, and took him no time to accomplish the task. My service rep, Juan, was easy going and nice to work with. I saw other techs acting over the top and pushy, but Juan was the opposite.
