Dealership and Jowie, Technician, are scam artists. I brought my car in and was told I needed a brake light switch which cost me $168.00. However, I had to bring my car back 2 more different times (la I brought my car in and was told I needed a brake light switch which cost me $168.00. However, I had to bring my car back 2 more different times (last time it was towed in/ but before being towed Ryan, Service Advisor, told me the dealership would pay half of the tow and I agreed to half. Ryan now denies he said that because Eli informed me that if Ryan agreed he said that, the dealership would take half of the tow out of his check) for the same repair, and my car still is not working correctly. The 2 time I returned my car Eli, Service Assistant, talked me into having a diagnostic test which cost me an additional $200.00. After being charged for the diagnostic test, Eli arrogantly then told me "the dealership has gone as far as they can and they can't/refused to do anything else to my car" and come and get my car and pay now $326.00 dollars!!! What a RIP OFF!!! More
Was on time for my appointment but was kept waiting by the service rep. At the pay point, the service rep handed me the wrong car keys and was not apologetic about it insisting it was my key. When I finally pick up my car, the driver’s seat was wet and the car had not been wiped down as it was still dripping water. The socket that had been taken out of the glove box of my car was not returned to its rightful place. More

Directly, he asked what I was buying and the price, then offered some and had to give my name and phone number. Then I got a text from David Cayne. When I came in to purchase it, David and his team did everything possible to help me enjoy my new car. The team was the test drive guy who explained the car's many features to me, and the finance guy with an elecronic desktop displaying the documents for me to sign electronically, which was a speedy process (considering how many documents there). More
