I came in for my routine car checkup and to have a test run on my brakes. Since my car is not stopping when I press my brake petal. They were supposed to check them out and tell me why my brake is not work run on my brakes. Since my car is not stopping when I press my brake petal. They were supposed to check them out and tell me why my brake is not working properly. I scheduled my appointment with Rob, for the oil change, tire rotation and brake issue. I was also waiting at the dealership for my ride. Halfway through the service Rob passed me off to another person named Eli, saying he had too many cars. He did not tell Eli the issue with my breaks. Therefore, I had to re explain the issue and Eli was still confused about it. I could see he didn't understand and wasn't sure why he just didn't go to Rob and ask him what the issue was because Rob knew exactly what the problem was regarding my brakes. I had already been to the dealership in May because of the brake issue. They did my routine stuff and replaced the brake booster on my car. They said this is the reason my car would not stop when I hit y brake. This did not fix the problem, and my car is still not stopping when I hit my break. My brake pedal is going all the way to the floor in my car. So now I will have to return to the dealership to have them look at it again because my brake is still not working correctly. I'm extremely disappointed in this service today!! More

Being far away Dan made it very easy to get everything rolling over the phone/email and when I showed up for pick up it was less than 20mins in the actual dealership to finish paperwork.
