My mother introduced me to Freddie Richardson via telephone because she was so pleased with her car buying experience and wanted the same for me. The moment I got on the phone with Freddie, my mind w telephone because she was so pleased with her car buying experience and wanted the same for me. The moment I got on the phone with Freddie, my mind was at ease. Buying a car - new or old - can be a very stressful situation and I knew I didn't have the best credit so I was not expecting much. I had something in mind picked out from the website and came in to check it out and hopefully leave with a vehicle that day since I did not live in town. Freddie met us outside the door with a big smile and treated us both like royalty. He was so friendly and professional, extremely personable and reassuring. Being that it was a Sunday, John Leggio was also working tirelessly to make contact with the financial resources needed to approve the transaction. He never gave up and said "oh well, this is all we can do". They introduced me to a car that I never expected to own and I fell in love with it. They worked on the price and somehow got me approved. I WAS THRILLED! I never thought that I would be buying a brand new car, and something that I really really liked. Freddie and John kept us informed of the progress every step of the way and made sure that we were very comfortable while they were working so hard. Every detail of every aspect of the car and financing was explained and we were never rushed or felt like just another sale. They both took time to get to know us and really treated us like family. They say "mother is always right", and this time she definitely was because Bill Ray Nissan is the ONLY dealership that I will EVER go to again. Highly recommended! THANK YOU FREDDIE RICHARDSON AND JOHN LEGGIO!!! More

I contacted three dealerships for an internet quote requesting an out-the-door price on a 2012 Altima S with Annivesary Package. Joey King at Billy Ray Nissan in Longwood, Florida, provided me with an requesting an out-the-door price on a 2012 Altima S with Annivesary Package. Joey King at Billy Ray Nissan in Longwood, Florida, provided me with an out the door price shortly after I sent my request. I then asked for an estimate on my trade-in, Joey provided me with a site unseen estimate for my trade-in. He provided me with everything I asked for and the first time I had asked for it. There were no games. Neither of the other two Nissan dealerships, which are much closer in proximity to my home, provided me with the requested information and one dealership accused Billy Ray Nissan of providing false information, saying “they couldn’t sell a car for less than they paid for it”. That local dealer then offered coupons, car washes and oil changes. (The deal offered by that local dealer was not an out-the-door price and it was $3K more). The local dealer would not provide me with the requested information until I provided them with a copy of the purchase order I received from Billy Ray Nissan, then, they suddenly wanted to "match" the price. So I drove (about an hour) to Billy Ray Nissan in Longwood, Florida, purchased the car I wanted and am very happy with it and the Billy Ray dealership. Billy Ray Nissan did not play games with me, they responded directly to every question I asked and provided me with every bit of information I asked for the first time I asked for it. The price of the car didn't change when I arrived, there was no "catch", no games, no gimmicks, they just sold me what I wanted at the offered in our email communications. That is the reason, I drove over an hour to buy my vehicle and I would do it again. More
I bought my car from Bill Ray Nissan back in 2008. It was a smooth transaction. However, all contact I’ve had with Bill Ray since then has been a nightmare. I made an appointment and took my car in for servi a smooth transaction. However, all contact I’ve had with Bill Ray since then has been a nightmare. I made an appointment and took my car in for service in January 2012 because my gas gauge had stopped working. We got there and they refused to look at it because it “appeared” to be working properly. After a huge hassle I finally got them to look at it. 2 hours later they called and said they thought they knew what was wrong with it but that it might not be under warranty and that if it wasn’t it would cost me over $500. Since I bought my car there they had all my paperwork on record yet they couldn’t tell me if it would be covered under warranty. I told them to go ahead and fix it. It was under warranty but I had to deal with the headache of all of the paperwork since they wouldn’t. The next day the gas gauge stopped working again. In July 2012 I got a coupon in the mail for $24.99 for an oil change and tire rotation. I made an appointment for 10:30 A.M. I got there at 10:15 and stood outside for 20 minutes while everyone pretended not to see me. I finally caught the attention of a woman who looked at my appointment and said only John could help me. I waited another 10 minutes for John to get done with whatever he was doing. When he finally came over to help me I voiced my frustration that I had been waiting for 30 minutes even though I had an appointment and that other people who got there after I did had already been helped. He immediately copped an attitude and said he didn’t understand what the problem was. I opted to take my car and leave. I would rather pay double somewhere that I get quick, friendly, and efficient service than ever deal with Bill Ray Nissan again. I love my car, but when I’m ready for a new Nissan I’ll definitely go somewhere else. More
Bought a 2009 Nissan Altima, Had a GREAT expierence with Jose, I felt very comfortable with him and feel that he worked with me from start to finish to getting me what I wanted, however I was never told tha Jose, I felt very comfortable with him and feel that he worked with me from start to finish to getting me what I wanted, however I was never told that my car only came with one key...since the car cannot be started without the key (push button start) this is a problem!! I called him the next day and said "hey, I only got one key" he said "unfortunately this car only came with one key but you can purchase a key", I referred my friend to Bill Ray Nissan and she bought a 2012 Nissan Altima the following week, so I called on Saturday and asked to speak with a manager, I thought well since I just bought a car and so did my friend that I referred maybe they can make me an additional key (I don't believe I was asking too much, especially when you pull up their website and the first thing you see is INSIST ON ONLY THE BEST FOR THEIR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION...So when the "manager" answered the phone..I told him my situation and he said "absolutely, we can help you out" He then asked for my name my friends name and my number told me he "would call me back in 2 minutes", well an hour and a half later I called back and got a "LOVELY" salesman name BO..I asked him the name of his managers that were working and he told me that "we have a million managers we dont even call them by name we call them by number", I said "I spoke with a manager whose name started with a J", he said "ohh..that's Joey and he isn't a manager he is a salesman, what are you calling about and I will help you", I told him that I was calling about getting an additional key, he said that "he was standing there when I spoke with Joey and basically you are not getting another key, our managers arent in the habit of giving away keys and you didn't even refer your friend to Jose, so you will get a bird dog fee and you can use that towards the purchase of your new key, I said "I think that I should get a new key without having to pay especially since my spouse needs a key and you gant even start the car without the key" his responce was EXTREMELY RUDE...he said "SO GIVE HIM YOURS", well that is NOT the point!!I then asked if "I could please speak with one of the million managers working and I dont want a salesman impersonating a manager", he told me that they are both busy to call back on Monday to speak with Jose (what's the point) So if you do business with Bill Ray Nissan they will be very nice to you until AFTER they have your money then they treat you like CRAP..they have NO customer service skills whatsoever and talk their customers like they are idoits, I will NEVER purchase another car from them and I will not recommend anyone else to them either. Will not honor newspaper ads. Says one thing and does another. Approves financing for a purchase but not a lease. The lease ad is just a come-on! another. Approves financing for a purchase but not a lease. The lease ad is just a come-on! More
Assuming because I was a woman alone, they sent me an inexperienced salesman. I told him during the test drive the seat was very low. I also told him during the process that I wanted a remote entry, but inexperienced salesman. I told him during the test drive the seat was very low. I also told him during the process that I wanted a remote entry, but thought it was out of my budget. After fighting with them about the outrageous dealers fees and unsubstantiated other fees, I finally bought the car. Within the first 60 miles, I knew I hated the car because the seat was so low I had to sit on a pillow to see out the windshield properly. Without a remote, I got soaking wet trying to get into my car during a rain storm It was less than 3 days, and they wouldn't even discuss any alternatives and then wouldn't even return my calls. I found out later that an additional $400 upgrade would have given me a car with adjustable seat height and remote. The car was $20,000. $400 more over 5 yrs was nothing, but I was never offered that choice in the beginning. Within a month, I went to Don Reid Ford. They bought the car from be at full loan value +$500. I am now the proud owner of a 2012 Ford Focus with Sync. I will shop at DRF again. I will never shop at Bill Ray Nissan again. Dealerships are built on referrals. I'm surprised they are still in business. Thanks, Fred. You are not much of a BFF as you promised. More

We had a wonderful experience at Bill Ray Nissan when we purchased a 2007 Ford Mustang for our son. We were always treated with respect and courtesy from everyone we came in contact with. Our sales person, purchased a 2007 Ford Mustang for our son. We were always treated with respect and courtesy from everyone we came in contact with. Our sales person, Joey King, was so professional and helpful and quick to take care of every concern and request. He even went to the previous owner's home to pick up the extra set of keys for the Mustang. This was AFTER the closing! How many sales people would bother to do that???? The Mustang needed a little body work (2 minor scrapes/dents) which were beautifully repaired by their body shop. When we picked it up, we were amazed at how great it looked. The detail shop made it shine like new! Our son loves his new Mustang!!! My husband and I highly recommend Bill Ray Nissan and especially our sales person, Joey King! More
