They had the color she likes and will hold it until Christmas Eve when, get this, John will deliver it himself to our house! Several years ago we had the best experience with a young sales guy at Bill Ray. When we came back to find out he no longer worked there, we were thrilled to have Bo as our sales guy who was equally as great. The dealership is low.key, not fancy and no smarmy lurking managers. Fair prices and great service. Just a few months after I got my Versa, someone hit the back of the car causing minor damage. The collision department at Bill Ray couldn't have been better. Lori at the front desk took care if all the insurance paperwork, Nick was efficient in assessing the damage and in just a day and a half all is well. I would recommend thus dealer ship to anyone and will definitely buy from them again!! More
