That was an extra mile service I made my appointment for today Saturday at 11am, when I arrived I was greet by Erica, she told me I was not on the list for my appointment, she inmed I made my appointment for today Saturday at 11am, when I arrived I was greet by Erica, she told me I was not on the list for my appointment, she inmediately appologize and told me that the wait with or without an appointment was going to be long. She recoemended me to come in the afternoon because the wait was not long. She was really sorry and that is what I did. I came back and she took care of me. I did not even wait 20 min. I am glad she recomended me to come later. The wait she treated me and my kids was above and beyond. First time I receive this kind of service in any dealer I have been.
