Arrived early for a 12pm appointment. Asked to only do the battery and in inspection to hurry up the process. Was told 1 hour and 45 minutes. After 2 ours I noticed my car was back in t Asked to only do the battery and in inspection to hurry up the process. Was told 1 hour and 45 minutes. After 2 ours I noticed my car was back in the parking lot and I had to to find my service person to ask what's going on. He said another 10 minutes they would install the new battery. 30 minutes later it was finally finished. Took longer than inspected and I had to ask for updates. More
