Service department courtesy was excellent and all my questions were answered. But I believe the service advisor suggested maintenance that was not needed at this time. That made me question his honesty questions were answered. But I believe the service advisor suggested maintenance that was not needed at this time. That made me question his honesty as far as what my Armada really needed. Not only I do not want him as my service advisor, I may be looking at other places to take my truck for service. A place were I can trust the advice that is being given to me. Also, for some of the services suggested, the prices were very high.
