Well, they got me. I agreed to a price of a vehicle that showed $4k in taxes being collected. The paperwork was then sent to me as I purchased from out of state. I didn I agreed to a price of a vehicle that showed $4k in taxes being collected. The paperwork was then sent to me as I purchased from out of state. I didn’t catch it then, but on the official paperwork the final price was the same, but the taxes collected was $2k less. So, when I go to register the vehicle I have to pay $2k and the dealership keeps the $2k they screwed me out of. Well played Bill Penney. I would suggest bringing your business elsewhere… you have been warned. More
