I had had delicate eye surgery months before and was not allowed to drive for several months.. A wonderful lady named Tatiana Arroliga processed me in and arranged to bring my service up to date. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything, all with a friendly smile. In just an hour I was ready to go and she gave me my paperwork, again with that nice, friendly smile. She definitely is an asset to Bill Page Toyota! More

Even after the tire was replaced, the problem was not resolved and the next suggestion was to replace the axel without proof that the axel was the underlying cause. To make matters worse, the axel was not even installed properly. It began leaking oil from the area where the axel and transmission join together. I feel as if the mechanics don't know what they're doing. More

However, following through on the "owed" maintenance has been a nightmare - basically, they ordered the wrong part twice (so I came into the dealership on multiple separate occasions only to be sent home again while they waited for the new part), and long story short, I have a janky workaround to a problem instead of an actual solution. They're also quite dishonest with their maintenance "timing." I never got an "I don't know when it'll be ready," instead getting "just give me 5 minutes," whenever I would ask a question (I was already 2 hours into my supposedly 1-hour-long wait). After this "5-minute warning," I waited for another 45 minutes before finally getting my car. I would not recommend fixing your car at this dealer, as there seems to be a ton of problems getting the correct parts. More
I wanted to share a concerning experience I had recently. I took my car to this dealer for service and discovered that an item was missing from my car when I picked it up. I spoke with the manager, but unfor I took my car to this dealer for service and discovered that an item was missing from my car when I picked it up. I spoke with the manager, but unfortunately, he didn't take any action to resolve the issue. It seems this kind of thing happens frequently at this dealer. I just wanted to give you a heads-up to be careful about where you take your car for service. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealer. More
On 11/02/2023, I had my 2014 Rav4 Fwd serviced at Bill page Toyota, Transmission fluid flushed at 102,400 miles (serviced at $299). Next time, I'm looking for another brand name car, but not this model. I might not be lucky with this model 2014 Rav4. More

I have previously raved about their service. Not anymore. When I purchased my new Toyota in June of 2018, I received a Bill Page Toyota LOYALTY VOUCHER. It promised, among other things, an oil Not anymore. When I purchased my new Toyota in June of 2018, I received a Bill Page Toyota LOYALTY VOUCHER. It promised, among other things, an oil change service for $9.95, taxes not included. (Hyundai offered free oil changes for life). Despite the clear language of the coupon, the dealer insisted on adding undisclosed charges for shop supplies and an environmental fee. When I protested the additional charges not reflected in the coupon, the service advisors have informed me that such fees are always applied. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Bill Page Toyota failed to respond. The dealer is now not accredited by the BBB and rated D-. More
Brought my 2nd Gen Prius for a brake issue. Mr. Daniel Turner helped me; he was courteous, listened well, and got the issue diagnosed in very short order. I had a service with Donny, and this guy had no idea what to do. I told him “My car was kinda shaking when go over 70mph but I just got new tires…” as soon as I said that he jumped in “then we dont have to c to do. Then I ask if they can put some missing plastic clips for the bumper. The guy said nothing. After 3hours he called said the car is ready. I came and see that the only thing they got done in 3HOURS is oil change. I’m a paid customer, Im not asking for help. Then I ask if I can have 4 plastic clips so I can put it in myself. The guy pointed to parts and said go buy them. I left because I didn't want to spent a minute there. Im so disappointed and somewhat surprised. They did not care and it showed. Ps/ it’s funny how you buy a 40k car and they cant put in some 50c clips More
