I brought my (very old) Honda in this morning because the dash lights were not working .... it turned out that there was a light control dial that was I brought my (very old) Honda in this morning because the dash lights were not working .... it turned out that there was a light control dial that was turning off, and I just needed to twist it back on periodically. I felt stupid, but they showed me the solution with great patience and professionalism, didn't charge me anything, and washed the car before I left. I will definitely return for all my Honda service needs! More
Dishonest and bad customer service. Tried to bill us for services not needed. Claims will take care of you but not truthful and upfront with customer. Told will take about 1 hour and ended up waiting for 3.5 hours and still did not complete the service we were there for. If you dont believe, try it for yourself. Not recommended though. Service is terrific! I was in between appointments and I decided to see if Honda could figure out the noise my Odyssey was making. I didn't have an appointment and I onl I was in between appointments and I decided to see if Honda could figure out the noise my Odyssey was making. I didn't have an appointment and I only had a few hours. I spoke with Mr. Ivan Funes and said that they would look at it and let me know. Because of my next appointment, I inquired about a loaner or rental car. They found the problem within an hour. I had the repairs done and I was given a loaner car until the next day. I'm very glad for Mr. Funes. He was very kind and understanding. More
Terrible customer service skills I called the service department to set up an appointment for my brand new car. It had unexplained paint chips around the hood of the car. The gentl I called the service department to set up an appointment for my brand new car. It had unexplained paint chips around the hood of the car. The gentleman on the phone told me that this would most likely not be covered under warranty and that he'd probably end up referring me to their body shop BUT that they'd take a look a it and see what they could do. When I arrived the next day, the "usher" at the entrance was whistling and using hand gestures instead of words to make people stand where he wanted them to. I finally get to talk a service rep who flat out refuses to take a look at the car because it'll be a waste of HER time. I tried explaining why I had set up the appointment and what I was told over the phone; however, she again repeated that it would really just waste her time. I again asked her if she could take a look at it, since I was already there and had taken the time to drive out - nope she wouldn't do it. I then asked about the body shop - she had no information to provide other than an address and a phone number. Worse part is the service reps couldn't even wait until I physically left the building before talking about me behind my back. She and her co-worker immediately began talking the minute I turned my back to them. I should NOT be able to hear you complain about customers ever, but specifically about myself when I'm only feet away from you. More

We like and suggest Mike Assadi if you are looking for a used car. Contacting the associates by phone or email is simple. If you have any issues, do not remain quiet and leave the dealership frustrated. Definitely, reach out to Tyrone Brown (Customer Relations Director). He actually cares about your concerns and will make sure they are resolved. We recently had an issue with pinstripes on one of the cars and we are more than satisfied with the outcome. I would encourage you to find associates that you like, preferably one from sales and another from service. I would then build a relationship and deal primarily with those two people when possible. Although not at all necessary, it will simplify things when buying, leasing, and servicing. More
