My mother and I walked in in the spring of 2007 and bought 2 Accords. Since then my service has been exceptional and also extremely honest and well priced. Had my oil change + flashing "D" light ( transmission ) issue taken care of. I find that Bill Page offers great service at a good price compared to some of the pricier shops around. I feel very comfortable with the quality of work done on my car and appreciate the responsiveness of employees to any questions Honda has been great. The employees I have worked with are very friendly and always do what they can to get me in and out quickly. If there is a longer than expected wait I am notified of reasons for any delays. The wait time is also made less painful through drinks/snacks and wireless internet in the waiting area. I couldn't ask for much more out of a service department. More

I went in with hesistation to purchase a car. I wasn't sure I wanted to deal with the process that day so I decided I would just look around. However, once I met Franklin and Fernando and received such e sure I wanted to deal with the process that day so I decided I would just look around. However, once I met Franklin and Fernando and received such excellent customer service, I decided to go through with actually looking for a car. Franklin took the time to listen to my needs and found exactly what I needed for the price I could afford. I was then put in touch with Fernando to see what they could offer for my trade. He worked with me to get me the best deal possible without a lot of hassle. The experience was amazing. Just working with these two change my perspective about dealing with car salesman. We were able to come to agreement on the deal for the car I decided to purchase. I was then sent back to the Finance Dept where the excellent customer service continued. Based on what I experienced in filling out the paperwork, I imagined Franklin/Fernando communicated to William my desire to get through this process as timely as possible. William had everything laid out and ready to go. It was evident that he knew his job and the details of the paperwork. He got me through the process of filling out the paperwork in record time but allowed just enough time to explain the details. What a pleasure dealing with Bill Page Honda. I intend to come back time and time again. More
