There are magazines, free coffee, vending machines, and televisions in the spacious waiting room to help pass the time (and a McDonalds right next door :). I walked the grounds looking at the new model Honda Accords and was never once hassled by a sales associate dangling key and pressuring me to take a test drive. Tyrone Brown, the customer representative, was especially helpful in coordinating my oil change service along with Joanne. I would definitely recommend Bill Page Honda. I will be going back for future services. More

Nice salesman. Not pushy, took the time to show me all the options of the car and helped me move all my stuff out of my old vehicle. The finance manager Miguel is also very nice and responsive. My boyfriend and I bought a used 2010 Honda Fit from Bill Page Honda, and it was a surprisingly good experience. We had visited a number of car sellers, and our salesman at Bill Page Honda, Warfa Isse, was Page Honda, and it was a surprisingly good experience. We had visited a number of car sellers, and our salesman at Bill Page Honda, Warfa Isse, was by far our favorite. Warfa is incredibly friendly, personable, and willing to help honestly shepherd you through the stressful experience of buying a used car. I am a tough, no bull negotiator, and everyone at Bill Page Honda remained calm, friendly, and professional during our exchanges. To their credit, despite the fact that this was a very popular car that they could have sold at a greater profit to a less savvy consumer, they stuck with me throughout the transaction even though I am a pain to deal with. But Bill Page Honda, and specifically Warfa, went above and beyond in customer service when Warfa offered (and I accepted) to drive me from Falls Church, VA to my home in downtown Washington, DC, because the car wasn’t ready yet and I didn’t have a ride. Two days later, Warfa personally delivered the purchased vehicle to our apartment, because we didn’t have an easy way of getting back to the dealership for pickup. Amazing! In the end, we got a great price on a great car with a great warranty, all with amazing customer service. You can’t ask for more than that! More

I was referred to Bill Page by a friend and was very satified with the experience. This was my first new car purchase. Brian greeted me for my first visit to the dealership. Brian introduced me to Almis to work out my financing options for the car I wanted. Almis was great! I live out of town and had limited availibility to get to the dealership, so Almis helped me to make arrangements by phone and email as much as possible. Brian and Almis both worked with me to teach me about the new car shopping experience and they made sure I got exactly the car I wanted. The owner of the dealership, Bill Page Jr. made extra efforts to introduce himself to me and thank me for my business. Everyone at the dealership was kind and sincere. It made the experience much, much better for me than any other dealership I had visited. Thanks! More
My father and I came into the store and we were introduced to Felix Lopez who was one of the sales representatives. He was very friendly and helpful. I know car salesman usually just come off that way because they are trying to sell you something but I didn't feel it was like that with him. Anyways, we didn't end up getting a car that day but he followed up with me via a phone call and we discussed some things over the phone. I was interested in one of the cars there and while the negotiations didn't go 100 percent smoothly, I ended up getting the car I wanted for a price I was pretty happy with. My experience here was pretty good but I honestly don't think I would have gotten the car had it not been for Felix. He didn't pressure me into doing anything but he was honest and helpful. He had shared with me that he was only working there for a few months but I have to say that he is doing a great job! More

We went to page Honda because of all the good reviews that we read. The car that we wanted wasn't in stock and they obtained one within 24 hrs. A very good experience for what is (for us) a potentially stressful time. The dealership will be moving into a new and much larger building in the next 6-9 months and hopefully will be able maintain their customer friendly ways while dealing with the inevitable issues that pop up when settling in to new quarters. More
