Three extra hours more than it could/should have taken I visited Bill Page Honda because of a used car they had for sale. Turns out that car was sold, and in the end they "convinced" me to buy a new car i I visited Bill Page Honda because of a used car they had for sale. Turns out that car was sold, and in the end they "convinced" me to buy a new car instead. I understand "the dance" to negotiate a price takes time, and I do not begrudge their tactics. My frustration began the moment I said 'yes'. Once the loan papers were submitted I'm told it will be just a few minutes. Over an hour later I speak with a business manager to complete the deal. And the quote had to be redone because they were missing information. And they asked for information I had given already. And despite "excellent" credit rating, the interest rates were no where near as competitive as I was told they would be. Only then did the send the car for detailing. Another 45 minutes later I get to see the "clean" car. They did a poor job. Lots of windshield streaks. Marks on the upholstery. FINALLY, I get to drive home. We get home and notice a scratch on the paint they did not buffer out. I bring the car back the next day. "No problem! Have a seat and we'll get you taken care of." After ANOTHER HOUR of waiting, no one from service has even taken a look, let alone attempted to fix the problem. I'll need to take time off work to come back to the dealer to have them do the repairs. I'll be sure to bring a sleeping bag. Price was reasonable (but only after much back-and-forth). People were friendly, knowledgeable and professional, albeit not always correct (my interest rate). The lack of communication between the sales, business and service staff is appalling, and their complete disregard for my time makes me rate their customer service on par with the phone / internet / cableTV providers. I am not ready to recommend them to others. More

Outstanding Service, Great Price, No Haggling My wife and I were looking for an older vehicle. We shopped around online and knew that we wanted a 2004 Honda Pilot. I know that this vehicle is a bit dated but with a little one on the way, we knew that it was important to get a reliable, family friendly vehicle. We did our research and found them through the USAA website (which speaks volumes since USAA is a phenomenal company). Lisa was our sales associate and although this wasn't a flashy, brand new vehicle, she didn't marginalized or minimized us there because we weren't looking for a newer vehicle. She was very thorough, honest and explained all of the information with the vehicle. Additionally, there was never the stereotypically haggling over the price. She was upfront and open and made the entire process very easy. Overall this was a great buying experience. I will absolutely recommend Bill Page Honda to others and even by name recommend Lisa to others. We are very happy with our "new" vehicle! More

Wanted to give a 500.00 to hold til the next day, but, director, Harry hamidi would not take deposit as someone else maybe was coming to see it.......so after four phone calls to make sure it was still there, we drove an hour and a half in rush hour to find that he was selling it to someone else, knowing we were on our way!! Harry has no people skills and was totally rude not only to us but to our sweet older man salesman. I would never recommend doing business with them...they waste your time. As for Harry, his reputation of used car salesman is just what one might think.....stay far away if you want someone or value you and your time. More

I have bought new and used cars for over 20 years and I have to say my recent purchas I purchased a 2014 Honda CR-V Ex-L over the July 4th weekend. I have bought new and used cars for over 20 years and I have to say my recent purchase was by far my best car-shopping experience. My sales associate, Warfa, was very professional, personable and informative. My husband and I shopped around at 3 other Honda dealerships before making our final decision, and Warfa was able to beat our top offer, as he had promised. The dealership also offered a competitive price for my trade-in. I highly recommend buying a car from Bill Page Honda and the salesperson Warfa. Also, my family loves our new CR-V-- it is so comfortable and fun to drive. More
Good Business Experience at Bill Page Honda After looking at used cars for sale by private owners for awhile, I decided I needed to buy from a dealer to get some protection for my $$ in case thi After looking at used cars for sale by private owners for awhile, I decided I needed to buy from a dealer to get some protection for my $$ in case things went wrong. Turned out to be the right move. I was looking at inexpensive, used, good, reliable cars for one of my college kids. Those words are usually an oxymoron. I stopped by Bill Page Honda after shopping at several small used car shops and being "concerned" about the people and the cars. I met Warfa Isse, who was very professional, knowledgeable, and focused on all of us getting a good deal/what we wanted. One of his selling points was that even though all their cars are Virginia inspected, they would include a "Must pass Md Inspection" clause. They had a 2003 Accord Coupe that I decided was the right car/fair price. When I took it to get Md Inspected, it didn't pass. Warfa and his management team said to bring it right back, they'd decide if they would resolve the issues to make it pass, or cancel the deal. They opted not to resolve this issues, and asked if I wanted to cancel the deal. I had a very good buying experience with them, and said that I'd love to see what else they have. They had two other vehicles that were within price range, we settled on a 2004 Accord and closed the 2nd deal with the same contingency. However, because Bill Page is so professional, they insisted that they take the car for the Md inspection to save me the hassle. They had it done the next day (car passed with no issues) - and had the car waiting/cleaned for me by 6pm the next day. There were a couple of business issues and some hassle for me in this transaction(s) - but, if you deal with a professional firm (Bill Page) and professional team (Warfa and his Used Car Sales Director Harry) - the end result is a business transaction, with satisfied/loyal customers. Bill Page and Warfa/Harry achieved both with me, I'm happy to write this review/recommendation and have already referred them to someone at my office. More

I contacted Lisa and she gave me a great price up front on a new car that another deale When shopping for a new car, we went to different dealerships. I contacted Lisa and she gave me a great price up front on a new car that another dealership offered for a lot more. We decided to buy a used car instead and Lisa found an Accord with low mileage and gave a us a price we could handle. She showed us other cars and we took them all out for a test drive. She mentioned the good points and the problems. She asked the manager and was able to get a couple hundred dollars more knocked off. The car needed some body work from an accident and the dealership got it fixed and looking great. We believe Lisa worked to get us the best price and we feel she was open and honest. We felt really good working with her and would highly recommend this dealership and Lisa as the sales agent. More
