Failed attempt to purchase a new car My husband and two children went to Bill Page Honda based off the internet selection reportedly available. When we arrived we spoke with the receptio My husband and two children went to Bill Page Honda based off the internet selection reportedly available. When we arrived we spoke with the receptionist and requested to speak with a representative about a new car purchase. She asked one associate who was playing on his smart phone. He declined to speak with us. She then requested another associate’s assistance. I believe her name was Rosealie. She took me for a test drive and answered some of questions regarding the vehicle. She seemed very apathetic towards our car purchase. Told us that not only does Bill Page Honda not have the cars they state on the internet that they have, but that most of those were sold, and they could not tell me when they would get new cars. She also said the prices on the internet were wrong, and made no effort to apologize for this or work with us to reduce the price to something comparable to that found online. Her manager was very rude to my children and myself. All in all, we walked out and purchased a new car that same day at the Fairfax Honda Dealership who had much better customer service and was willing to negotiate the prices of their vehicles. We also saw two other families that we had seen at Bill Page Honda at Fairfax Honda later in the day – you guys need to rethink customer service or you’ll be out of jobs! More
