I actually went to Bill Page by accident and once I got talking to the staff, I decided to stay and see what they could do for me. They gave me a really good price and they tried to find every possible rebate for me. The salesperson and finance employee were both very friendly and transparent about what they were doing and how things would work. They explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. I was very comfortable with them and did not feel intimidated or uncomfortable at all. It was a great experience. More

I had a great experience at Bill Page Honda. I made an appointment and was serviced immediately with a free car wash included and diagnostic. They made it very easy for me with no gimmicks. I would definitely go back. More

It took them a day or two to figure out the problem, meanwhile our concern grew and our confidence diminished. We asked for a replacement new car and our salesperson made it happen! Our salesperson,Warfa Isse, was great. He was responsive, friendly, patient, supportive. They were out of 2014's by the time they said they would give us a new car and the went to another dealer and got us a car. More

They really sold us on what a good deal it was, and gave us a bunch of empty promises. First off they gave me a really low trade in value for my car. About $3k less than what I believed it to be worth, according to Kelly Blue Book. They claim it was rusted on the under side of the car, but I really don’t know much about cars so I just believed them on that. Looking back, I definitely should have verified this with another mechanic. They wouldn’t negotiate much on the price at all, and convinced us we were getting this great deal. The sales rep, Almis, kept saying he would “take care” of the Maryland inspection cost, since we live in Maryland and the dealership is in Virginia. But later went back on that and said we had to pay for it when it failed inspection. If we knew we had to pay for it, we would have taken it to our friend, who is a mechanic and would give us a discount, or if not, somewhere closer to home. It was definitely part of the agreement that they would be paying for this cost. But after failing inspection, Almis later said they would only cover the cost of the re-inspection, and that he would have never agreed to paying for the inspection in the first place. This was an outright lie. Oh and there’s that-it FAILED Maryland inspection for a broken rack and pinion. The place they sent us-Sunoco off river road (which was neither cheap, nor close to us) told them it would cost over $2k to repair, so the salesman told me to bring it back and he would give me a loaner car while they fixed the car in house. They claimed that Maryland gets picky about stuff and that it passed VA inspection. I, for one, am glad we had it MD inspected because who would have known what would happen! At this point, I had asked him several times to get my registration out of my old car, since I needed that to do the MD drop in for tags at the MVA. When I got to the dealership, my old car had already been sent to auction, and he never got the registration out, so I was forced to have to go into an MVA to return the tags, as opposed to doing the “drop box” option. I was then willing to do that, but he kept me there for over an hour waiting for a loaner vehicle, making it too late for me to go to MVA that day. I had to pay for extra days of insurance on the car because of all this. Not to mention it was a huge inconvenience making these trips back and forth from Gaithersburg to Arlington, having to leave work early (also resulting in loss of income) and drag my children there to get all of this done. Almis also promised he would buy brand new floor mats, since the ones in the car were disgusting-covered with mud and burn holes throughout them. He promised us these multiple times, that he would overnight them and fed ex them to us, and they never came. And eventually he just stopped answering our repeated calls and texts. The receptionist even seemed in on it, because she would always say he wasn’t in the building and would never transfer us to a manager when we asked. It was only when we pushed multiple button options that we finally got a manager’s voicemail, and left several angry voicemails before someone called us back. Since we bought the car, Almis came through on nothing he promised us. After the sale was done, and I assume he got his commission, he was done with us I suppose. We finally did get floor mats, but they apparently had just been “lying around” there (a/k/a not new) and did not fit or match our car properly. It was clear that Almis, nor his manager ever ordered them for us. Thinking back I thought the tax and title seemed very expensive, and just looking back on the contract I found out why. A $485 charge for a “processing fee for consumer services,” which is basically xx. The business manager definitely rushed us through the contract, and now we know why. It was our own fault for not looking closely, but we had two crying children, and they really pressured us to finalize everything that night. He never mentioned this extra fee, and it was our own fault for trusting people in what we assumed would be a good business. If I had to do it all over again, I would have done more research about this company. I certainly would never do business with them again and would seriously dissuade anyone I knew from even looking there. These people don’t seem to care about lying, cheating, and squeezing every last dollar out of you, all the while pressuring you into a rush purchase and even making it seem like you are getting some incredible deal. It’s too late to return the car, or do much about any of these things at this point, but I will be sharing my experience to warn others about this terrible company. More
