Don't Buy a Used Car Here Strongly suggest not buying a used vehicle at Bill Page Honda (Falls Church, VA). The one I purchased developed serious oil leaks soon after I purchas Strongly suggest not buying a used vehicle at Bill Page Honda (Falls Church, VA). The one I purchased developed serious oil leaks soon after I purchased it. When I took the car back to them, on it's first 6 month checkup date, I had difficulty getting them to even look at the car. When they did, they "couldn't find where the leaks were coming from," conveniently enough. I was told that I would receive some "help" getting these fixed. Help turned out to be $100 toward a $1,000 bill. The leaks were serious enough to compromise the timing belt, and they could have caused serious, if not irreparable, engine damage. Granted, the car was not under warranty, and the oil leaks did not occur within the first month after purchase. Still, I'm left with the question of how they seemed to develop so conveniently after the dealer was no longer technically responsible. I felt like I was on my own, the second I handed them my money. That's my definition of a "back alley dealer." More

Service department has proven to be excellent over the years as well. I definitely recommend checking out Bill Page if you are shopping for a new or used Honda. More

We first communicated by email and she was always very prompt in getting me my requested information. She was very knowledgable about the car and is friendly and has a very warm demeanor. We never felt rushed or pressured and we were able to complete the purchase without going through a long and drawn out process. We were thinking of purchasing the car at another dealership and I have to say she is the main reason that we decided to purchase from Bill Page. Carlos, one of the managers, was also very nice to work with. Warfa handled the financing and registration paperwork and he did so in an efficient and timely manner. He too was a pleasure to work with. Oz helped us at pick up and he was great. We also felt the pricing was excellent. The service department looks nice and we plan on trying them out for service too. Again, we had a great experience with our purchase and we would highly recommend both Bill Page Honda and Lisa in particular. More

He explained a lot of how cars work and how you maintain them to my teenager and she really appreciated it. He's clearly a really good guy who knows so much about cars, has a real passion for them. That made the whole buying experience a fun one (not something I think I have ever said before about buying a car). Everyone else at the dealership was super friendly too. Consistently no-pressure atmosphere. More

Everyone greeted us...they were approachable and helpful. Raquel showed us around, she was very knowledgable and helped me find the perfect car for me. After the test drive, I knew she was the one :) Warfa helped us with the financing. He saved me a lot of time (and money) by going the extra mile to help us purchase the car. Hastle and BS I bought a used CR-V from them. The window fell off the track after 1 week and they refused to fix it or even cover it under their standard 30 day war I bought a used CR-V from them. The window fell off the track after 1 week and they refused to fix it or even cover it under their standard 30 day warranty. I fought with them on the phone twice and in their dealership twice. Even though it was less than a week, they refused to give me a loaner or even look at the car until I gave them a credit card number. I told them my bank would pay 100% of the bill (which was covered under my banks warranty). It looks like I'm keeping my banks warranty because this car's got problems. The transmission is also slipping. More

I never felt that pressure from Bill Page Honda. They listened to what I wanted and made sure to get me in the car I was looking for (2012 Honda Odyssey). More

We first tried another Honda dealer in Chantilly, VA but were given nothing but high pressure sales tactics. While I was there I called Bill Page Honda in Falls Church. I spoke with Jacob who offered me an excellent price on the Accord Sport we wanted. The Chantilly dealer couldn't match the price so we drove over to Bill Page Honda and got the car at the price agreed to on the phone. The atmosphere at Bill Page is so warm and accommodating we would recommend them to all our family members needing new cars. More
