There must be a reason why she keeps going back considering the fact that she's a very savvy customer and does not appreciate high pressure sales people. I'm a seasoned car buyer and can sniff a dealer "game player" a mile away. The two of us make a pair of challenging customers. This time, the sales associate was Walid Mohamad. I have to say, from beginning to end, Walid made the experience very pleasant. No high pressure, no phony haggling, just the best possible deal one could ask for. The other part of the transaction is the business office where the paperwork is finalized. No problems or "surprises" here, either, and, the finance manager, Warfa Good News (yes, that's his real name) was very cordial and accommodating as well. In a little over two hours, my sister was driving away in a beautiful new Civic. Bravo, Bill Page. Even with your new, beautiful dealership makeover, you're still the best. More

We already knew and researched what car we wanted. There were no high pressure tactics to make us buy something we didn't need. He answered all my questions and thoroughly demonstrated the many wonderful features of the vehicle (especially the new electronic interior features). Warfa Good News (that's his real name), Business Manager, got us a significantly better finance rate than who we were originally going to go with. We are excited to pick up our car after all our requested accessories are installed. More

Shoddy deal Sad to say but this was my worst experience in purchasing a used car ever! The vehicle was not cleaned on the inside, old food still between the seat Sad to say but this was my worst experience in purchasing a used car ever! The vehicle was not cleaned on the inside, old food still between the seats, cup holders dirty, stickers still on class on rear glass. There were heavy duty scratches on the rear of vehicle. Said would fix scratches while we wait and promised to refund $150 to cover the work that needed to be done on the inside but then manager changed his mind and would not lower the price by $150 because it was a "used" car. The one positive note was the finance manager, so very nice!!! I would never recommend this dealership!!! More
