Terrible customer service skills I called the service department to set up an appointment for my brand new car. It had unexplained paint chips around the hood of the car. The gentl I called the service department to set up an appointment for my brand new car. It had unexplained paint chips around the hood of the car. The gentleman on the phone told me that this would most likely not be covered under warranty and that he'd probably end up referring me to their body shop BUT that they'd take a look a it and see what they could do. When I arrived the next day, the "usher" at the entrance was whistling and using hand gestures instead of words to make people stand where he wanted them to. I finally get to talk a service rep who flat out refuses to take a look at the car because it'll be a waste of HER time. I tried explaining why I had set up the appointment and what I was told over the phone; however, she again repeated that it would really just waste her time. I again asked her if she could take a look at it, since I was already there and had taken the time to drive out - nope she wouldn't do it. I then asked about the body shop - she had no information to provide other than an address and a phone number. Worse part is the service reps couldn't even wait until I physically left the building before talking about me behind my back. She and her co-worker immediately began talking the minute I turned my back to them. I should NOT be able to hear you complain about customers ever, but specifically about myself when I'm only feet away from you. More

Repeat Business! This is our second purchase with Bill Page. The first was a new Toyota Sienna minivan about eight years ago, and recently, was a new Honda CRV. This is our second purchase with Bill Page. The first was a new Toyota Sienna minivan about eight years ago, and recently, was a new Honda CRV. Both purchases were transacted smoothly without problems either in the showroom or business office. It was easier than buying a loaf of bread! A week ago, we were at the dealership around 1:30 p.m., test drove, nailed down financial terms, out the door at about 2:30 p.m. with a brand new $25,000 car without one cent down, and a manageable loan of five years from Honda Finance at 0.9% APR. Incredible! Do your homework first. Go on the internet to get your data. Know what you can afford and the car you want. This way, when you arrive at the dealership, you are already armed with facts and data. Time is not wasted. Seize the opportunity when reasonable offers are proffered. The car will not be cheap but at the same time, you are not totally in the dark if you have some knowledge. We deliberately bought the Honda CRV from Bill Page because the first Toyota purchase was painless and effortless. It was negotiated primarily through the internet. Other dealerships were extremely interested in selling their cars to us eight years ago and recently, but we identified Bill Page as our first choice. The positive past transactions which included the Toyota Service Department made an impact that we wanted to do business again with this particular dealership. The Toyota Servic personnel are lovely, friendly, cheerful, and approachable. They give me straight answers. Hopefully, the Honda Service Department which we have not used yet, is just as helpful. I think they probably are because the service manager has already personally called to invite us to a Honda Workshop with prizes and dinner. Kudos to Nancy Herrera in the business office for such an efficient, super, and business-like job. We were impressed by her no nonsense yet friendly approach. Thanks to Eric Bauer for a soft sell instead of pushing us to buy this and that which we did not need. No wonder, you have the corner office! I have to include David even though our encounter was brief. My chat with him over the phone precipitated the visit which resulted in a sale the same morning. He definitely earned some recognition because he was part of a team that sealed the deal. Perhaps, a third car with you folks in the future? Thank you all. More
