Because of my next appointment, I inquired about a loaner or rental car. They found the problem within an hour. I had the repairs done and I was given a loaner car until the next day. Oualid was very helpful and patient, and I was able to test drive both the LX and the EX-T to decide which fit me be I just purchased a 2016 Civic LX. Oualid was very helpful and patient, and I was able to test drive both the LX and the EX-T to decide which fit me better (did not like the headroom lost to the moonroof in the EX-T). He explained all of the differences between the two models, was attentive without being aggressive or pushy, and he made the entire experience very pleasant. This was a nice change compared to some other dealerships (even Honda!) where I have felt pressured and scammed. He even beat the prices on TrueCar and Edmunds!
