Stellar customer service. Outstanding ethics! I had previously posted a terrible review regarding this dealership. Boy, was I wrong. I had bought a vehicle previously and was terribly dissatisfi I had previously posted a terrible review regarding this dealership. Boy, was I wrong. I had bought a vehicle previously and was terribly dissatisfied with it. I let myself rant about it on a scathing review about them. That same day, I received 3 phone calls from Daniel Kline and my salesman, Tom. I called them back and they totally blew me away. They took that vehicle back and put me into another one, which was more like I wanted. I was totally unfair in my assessment of them. I formally apologize to them. They didn't have to do this because the contract had been signed for two weeks. If they wanted to, they could have turned their backs on me. But they didn't. They did right by me and I am truly humbled by the experience. Many thanks to Daniel, Tom Gray, Eric, and Jason Fox for who they are, and what they do. They are good people with a sincere concern that their customers are happy with their entire car buying experience. I will buy from them again. More
