Nice Cars, Great sales and Excellent Customer Service! We have purchased 2 Vehicles from Bill Owens. Found them online when looking for a specific truck which I purchased. I'm usually a private owner typ We have purchased 2 Vehicles from Bill Owens. Found them online when looking for a specific truck which I purchased. I'm usually a private owner type buyer because I don't like dealing with the "Used Car Guys". I drove 3 hours to look at the truck and was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and easy their staff was to work with. Made the deal and have been extremely satisfied my purchase. When looking for another specific vehicle I again found what I was looking for on Bill Owens website. Made the deal over the phone and drove down to see the vehicle. We liked it and drove it home. On the way home we noticed a couple of issues with the vehicle and called them right away. They had us bring the vehicle back and they took care of all of the issues. I was really pleased with their customer service. They were honest and did what they said that they would do. We will consider Bill Owens again for our next vehicle purchase. More
