He offered us the best deal upfront, without the typical back and forth game most dealerships play. His easygoing, honest, and trustworthy characteristics made it a pleasure to purchase a vehicle. The whole process went smoothly. Kudos also to finance, Cheryl Sample, and Sales Associate, Stacy Crites, for their expertise. More

The used car manager said he would buy our car from us for x amount of dollars, without us buying a vehicle from them in return. Twenty minutes after deciding to do this and we leave, saying we'll be back for x amount of dollars, without us buying a vehicle from them in return. Twenty minutes after deciding to do this and we leave, saying we'll be back Monday (when the office is open to write the check) , he calls me and says he has changed his mind about buying our car... even though we had his word verbally AND in writing. He said he was not interested and is revoking his offer. This is incredibly poor customer service, and they have lost all my business (current and future) for this. More
