Great car but don't buy or service it here. I purchased a certified 2017 FIAT 124 Spider from Bill Luke Tempe in November 2020. I've waited to write this review because I wanted to give Bill Luke the opportu certified 2017 FIAT 124 Spider from Bill Luke Tempe in November 2020. I've waited to write this review because I wanted to give Bill Luke the opportunity to do the right thing but in the 10 months since my purchase, Bill Luke has failed to provide good, timely, and cost effective service. When I purchased the car, Bill Luke did not make it plain that only one key is provided for used cars (they do now) and to purchase an extra key is $600-750 and requires a 2-3 month wait. Further, the dealer financing Bill Luke offers is 2-3% higher (required for the "internet pricing") even if you have outstanding credit. Finally, the car was not ready for pick up when it was first delivered to me. I had the car serviced three times at Bill Luke. For each service, I worked with a different service advisor and so there was inconsistent follow up and recommended service. For FIAT owners, Bill Luke will not provide a loaner vehicle. I was told that loaner vehicles are solely offered to Alfa owners. Although I was provided a shuttle service, shuttle pick up was often delayed and extremely inconvenient. For each service, there was at least one item that was not completed timely or correctly requiring me to leave the vehicle overnight or make another trip to the dealer. Again, extremely frustrating and inconvenient. The final straw was the latest, third service this past week. Condensation from the air conditioner leaked into the cabin leaving the passenger side floor completely wet. Instead of looking into the matter as requested, the service department originally blamed the water on a leaking windshield. After insisting, ultimately it was found the AC drain/plate was clogged with grass and leaves.. My house is located in desert landscaping. Further, since I have owned the car it has been either garaged or under a car cover so the debris must have occurred prior to my ownership when the car was in California. Bill Luke quoted a price of $1900 (10% of the car purchase price) to remove the debris and unclog the drain/AC plate. Even though my certified car was purchased, under factory warranty, and serviced at Bill Luke, Bill Luke refused to stand behind the car or their service. I offered to split the cost ($950 each) and allow Bill Luke to do the right thing, but again Bill Luke refused. Over my lifetime, I have purchased over 10 cars and trucks and had them generally serviced where I buy them. My experience with Bill Luke is by far the most disappointing and the worst I have experienced. I've given Bill Luke multiple opportunities to do the right thing and stand behind the car they sold to me, but each time Bill Luke failed miserably. Bottom line--the 2017 FIAT 124 Spider is a fantastic value in a car. Just don't buy it or have it serviced at Bill Luke. More
Worst customer service experience in my 45 years of owning cars. Once my vehicle reached their service dept., it was impossible to speak to anyone there. After being ignored for days, I escalated it to Alfa Romeo Customer Care, and they could not reach the service dept., either. Such a poor experience that I am selling my car just so I don't have to deal with Bill Luke Tempe ever again. More
Very unhappy with the entire service department, they have been completely unresponsive for many days regarding what is wrong with my vehicle (under warranty), although they paid for the rental car, it d have been completely unresponsive for many days regarding what is wrong with my vehicle (under warranty), although they paid for the rental car, it doesn't give them the right to not communicate with me. When I escalated this to the new service manager, I couldn't get a call back and finally went to Eric Luke (one of the owners). Still no response. WORST DEALERSHIP SERVICE DEPT EVER! More

When I was in the process of purchasing this car from David, the entire experience was not good to say the least. When I asked a question he answered it addressing my boyfriend, who was in no way purchasing a vehicle that day, nor was he financially going to be responsible for the vehicle. He stated that Bill Luke was built on honesty, and obviously, that was his first lie. I was purchasing a vehicle with 4,701 miles on it- to be exact. I specifically asked how the tires were, he told me they were brand new, the car had less than 5k miles on it. I purchased the vehicle on July 18 2021. Discount tire is one of the most reputable tire companies in the area, I personally do not know of anyone who has had a negative experience with them. They took me through the process of measuring my tire tread depth, and concluded that the vehicle that now has 7,000 miles on it, has a tire tread of 2/32. Almost bald. These tires are rated for 60k miles- so clearly I was intentionally lied to. When I called and asked David about this he condescendingly told me that tire shops try and sell me tires. I went to discount tire initially because my tire air was low, and it still will not hold air after filling them. David told me that my tire pressure gage will go out every 5k miles and that I would need to replace it, so I needed to drive the car 19 miles on tires that aren’t holding air, so that service can take a look at the car- as if I’ve never owned a car before and know for 100% fact that that is also a lie. The only thing that seems honest about Bill Luke is their finance man Joe, and quite honestly, I think he needs to get a better job. It makes me feel like they also lied about the condition of the car. I was told this car was a buy back, but nothing was found to be wrong with the vehicle- but I don’t feel safe driving the vehicle at all. I left a voicemail for the service manager, and still have not heard back. If you’re going to buy a car- don’t go here, especially if you’re a woman because it seems the salesman are incredibly misogynistic and sexist. More

Worked with Chandler Phillips on a used car purchase. I don't enjoy used car purchases at dealers, always such a mess. Not in this case, Chandler was great to work with and I love my new wheels.
