I have purchased many cars in my life, and it is never fun. I sure many reading this can agree. I recently moved back to Arizona and was looking for a used Expedition. When looking online I found two (2!) at Bill Luke Tempe. The reason they caught my eye is because they were priced lower than any other vehicles I had looked at. Not only in AZ but Nation wide. I set up an appointment to make sure the vehicle was still available and met with Chandler Phillips. I honestly could not have asked for a better person to work with. Chandler was knowledgable, friendly, and extremely helpful. He made sure that I got the right vehicle with no pressure. I test drove both vehicles and he placed them side by side. We went over pricing and he got Finance (Alexander Aaslid) involved immediately so that there were no surprises. Bill Luke Tempe stood by their deal and the price posted online is the price I paid. No bargaining because there was no need, they had all ready priced the car to sell. Well under what other dealers offered. Alexander helped finish the deal and provided me with great pricing and knowledge on warranties. Both employees were a breath of fresh air! They were personable and funny. Best car buying experience I have had. I will definitely return to Bill Luke Tempe and would would highly recommend them to everyone including friends and family!
