Fraud I purchased a maintenance plan and dropped of my 2019 Santa Fe for an oil change and tire rotation. The service specialist promised that my vehicle wo I purchased a maintenance plan and dropped of my 2019 Santa Fe for an oil change and tire rotation. The service specialist promised that my vehicle would be inspected, tire pressure checked, etc. Pretty basic service. I explained I had not checked the air pressure in a bit, so they might need a bit of air. He said of course they would air them up, because that's part of the service. I picked my car up 4 hours later and the tire pressure light came on while on my way home. 3 of my 4 tires were low. One was considerably low. I received a text asking how my service was and explaining I would receive a survey. I replied that the service was not completed as promised. I didn't receive a reply and I never received the survey. I'm doubting any of the service was done to my vehicle. I doubt the oil was changed and I don't believe the tires were rotated. I paid for this plan and these guys are thieves. I want my money back for my so-called "maintenance plan". Please contact me right away to resolve this. More

He is act One of my best experiences in purchasing a vehicle. I recently purchased my 3rd vehicle from here. I have worked with salesman Bud twice. He is actually part of why they got my 3rd sale. Bud is a great sales guy to work with he is attentive, listens to your wants/needs in a vehicle, answers any questions you have before and after the sale, and works with and for you not against you. He took his time with me while looking at vehicles to make sure I got what I wanted and needed in a vehicle and price as well. Bud took care of me on my 2nd purchase in, I had the unfortunate luck of driving in a construction done in the Autoplex and got a big nail in my tire driving home from the dealership. Bud made sure I had a vehicle to drive that night and got the tire fixed even though it wasn't their fault and went out of his way to drop off my car the next day while I was at work. This time after the deal was sealed I noticed some touch ups that needed to be done. Again he went out of his way to keep me happy and made sure the vehicle was to my standards. Alex my finance guy was awesome as well and worked with me to ensure I got what I wanted in warranties while still getting an awesome rate and the bottom line/payment that I needed. He was very patient as well and treated me like a person not a number. He would be another reason I would return to the dealership. I will most definitely recommend Bill Luke of Tempe to anyone looking for a used car and most likely shop there again for another vehicle. Thank you Bud and Alex for a great experience. More
