Our sales rep verified he did it right then and there and I was promised them in 7-10 days. I didn’t receive a call for pickup as they said. Turns out they were never ordered. Took me day to speak to someone about this and I had to wait another week+ for them to follow through. More

Horrible car! Jan 9 I went to santan looking for a car. I test drove a car and it drove amazing. After purchasing the car and driving off the lot I started to have car issues. I called next day informing the test drove a car and it drove amazing. After purchasing the car and driving off the lot I started to have car issues. I called next day informing them of my problem. They said I have to bring it in to get it looked at. I didnt have a problem with it cause I know stuff happens. When taking it to the dealer I was told I needed new tires. Keep in mind I have driven the car more than 200miles. Upon paying for new tires I'm still having the same issue. I've taken my car to the dealer more than 3 times and the car is still having the same issue. I'm now stuck with it and a problem the te cchs cannot seem to find. I'm not happy with my purchase or happy with the vehicle I'm driving now. I barely made my first car payment and I had to invest more into the car then what my payment us worth. More
