CAUTION! Very excited about my new Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. It has been a month and all is well with the vehicle however....the purchase and registration p Very excited about my new Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. It has been a month and all is well with the vehicle however....the purchase and registration process is ongoing 30 days later. 1. Had to show them the vehicle price online at their web site, which they made me feel bad for them honoring the price. 2. Only one key fob, which cost me another $300 to get one made. 3. No AC power adapter, though this is standard and listed in the sale. Had to go back and talk about turning in the vehicle unless an adapter was provided. 4. No user manual, not ideal but found some online. 5. The UConnect system requires a subscription which is another $145 per year. Not included in the sale and the dealership and sales department had no idea on the requirements or cost. Had to figure this out on my own. 6. The title and registration has not been submitted and it has been over 30 days. After numerous calls and promises, it has not yet been done. 10 days until the temp, license is expired. 7. Warranty services on the interior and exterior of the vehicle have not been completed/sent and the warranty companies refer me to the dealership and the dealership says they are done. 8. The financing was bounced from one company to another and the loan rate quoted and signed for is not what was eventually put in place. CAUTION, their standard document gives Bill Luke power of attorney to negotiate on your behalf. Fortunately, a responsible finance company took our car loan, contacted me and a better rate was agreed upon (thank you BMO Harris). Way to many loose ends and things to follow up on. I can't recommend this dealership. More
