WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! !! They REFUSED to sell me the car I already had an approved loan by an underwriter for, and from a financial institution they use at that dealership. !! They REFUSED to run the reference number of the approved loan unless they ran my credit again to try other lenders. Even though all they had to do was run the sale, and charge my debit card for the $5K I wanted to put down. We had placed a hold of $1,500 to hold the car aside for us so we could come in and sign papers and take the car home. This was the 2nd time we were there. We live over an hour away (2 hour trip), and prepared for our visit. We basically did all the hard work for them, all they had to do was present us with the papers to sign, and take our $. Again..... I can't believe that Bill Luke Santan REFUSED to take our money. This is my 14th car purchase, and I'm still livid with this complete LACK of customer service, ethics, or any sort of basic respect. I truly believe the sales manager and sales gal thought because I look very young, that they should treat me like a child. It's infuriating to have people younger than you speak down to you like you lack any sort of intelligence. I had them void the $1,500 hold. Which wasn't a hold, they actually pushed the money/sale through. Then they had the audacity to re run my card again on Monday. I now have to wait for $3K to go back to my bank account, which can take up to 10 business days. They also added on pricing on top of the already established sticker price for extras like tint. Which is another layer of how shady this dealership is. I will be submitting this case to the Arizona Attorney General, and the BBB for the refusal of sale that was clearly discrimination. 8/12/2023 More

Always new about Bill Luke from some of the cars they sponsored since I was a kid at the drag strip. .Nice place Andrew was great doesn’t pressure or try to sell you something more expensive. Nick was so helpful with just knowing where each car was that I was interested in looking at and had no problem letting me take a test drive took his time and answered all my questions. My son bought a #hyundaindai from #BillLuke SanTan. it was a buy back with issues and they said all problems were fixed but the title states that it is a buy back. Just after about 30days owning this piece of junk, it starting having issues. Brought to the service center of #BillLuke they told him that its a warranty issues and have to bring it to the Hyundai dealer. after breaking down 4 times and multiple shop visits. they are tell my son, that since its past 30days, they cant help him on returning it. He even offered to buy another vehicle. BUT... they will be kind and offer a "Trade In" value. I called xx. Now they tell him that he has to contact Hyundai to get a buy back. So Bill Like San Tan buys a car from Hyundai, sells to me son, its not their problem. xxx happened to backing your car sales and customer service. I don't post much but this just sucks... I remember when you buy from a dealer, they take care of you, you buy another. To prove my Point, I have bought 5 vehicles from #Glennjonesford, Chris because he takes care of me, period.
