Eric Collins is the guy knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and professional. Thank you for all your help in my quest to purchase a car for my daughter. Just make sure to ask a lot of questions prior to signing anything as the money guy will make sure he flips the page fast without explaining what you are signing. I don’t get it that he ask for more money down and at the same time extends the loan time 🤥. We have to pay $360 because “they tinted the car” that is for sure already tinted when it was sold to them. 😎 It is just like one of those dealerships… nothing special except for the sales persons mentioned above. More
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! !! They REFUSED to sell me the car I already had an approved loan by an underwriter for, and from a financial institution they use at that dealership. !! They REFUSED to run the reference number of the approved loan unless they ran my credit again to try other lenders. Even though all they had to do was run the sale, and charge my debit card for the $5K I wanted to put down. We had placed a hold of $1,500 to hold the car aside for us so we could come in and sign papers and take the car home. This was the 2nd time we were there. We live over an hour away (2 hour trip), and prepared for our visit. We basically did all the hard work for them, all they had to do was present us with the papers to sign, and take our $. Again..... I can't believe that Bill Luke Santan REFUSED to take our money. This is my 14th car purchase, and I'm still livid with this complete LACK of customer service, ethics, or any sort of basic respect. I truly believe the sales manager and sales gal thought because I look very young, that they should treat me like a child. It's infuriating to have people younger than you speak down to you like you lack any sort of intelligence. I had them void the $1,500 hold. Which wasn't a hold, they actually pushed the money/sale through. Then they had the audacity to re run my card again on Monday. I now have to wait for $3K to go back to my bank account, which can take up to 10 business days. They also added on pricing on top of the already established sticker price for extras like tint. Which is another layer of how shady this dealership is. I will be submitting this case to the Arizona Attorney General, and the BBB for the refusal of sale that was clearly discrimination. 8/12/2023 More

Always new about Bill Luke from some of the cars they sponsored since I was a kid at the drag strip. .Nice place Andrew was great doesn’t pressure or try to sell you something more expensive.
