Joseph the Salesman was great. The finance person, Kyle Slade was not so great. He was very slow, he kept saying he was too busy and we would just have to wait. It also seemed like he added unnecessary fees and it felt like a scam. Nothing was upfront and the “out the door” cost kept going up. We called for the security code for the EVR stolen vehicle recovery he was again too busy and “would get around to it when he could”. Pretty disappointing when the salesperson was good. More

For me personally it is always about first impressions, Scott won me over on about 30 seconds by simply asking my name and shaking my hand like an actual human. The car selling industry has, and will always be a boys club. I know this to be true because I am a female and have purchased numerous vehicles in my tenure. Scott was straight forward and just easy to communicate with. Yes, Bill Luke Santana did have the vehicle I wanted, but if my salesperson had not had the charisma that Scott had as well as the comfortability factor, I would’ve walked. Eric Collins is the guy knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and professional. Thank you for all your help in my quest to purchase a car for my daughter. Just make sure to ask a lot of questions prior to signing anything as the money guy will make sure he flips the page fast without explaining what you are signing. I don’t get it that he ask for more money down and at the same time extends the loan time 🤥. We have to pay $360 because “they tinted the car” that is for sure already tinted when it was sold to them. 😎 It is just like one of those dealerships… nothing special except for the sales persons mentioned above. More
