I called to purchase the car at the advertised price. I was sent an invoice for the car via email. The car was $1500 higher than the ad. I asked about this, and was told the advertised price was only ava I was sent an invoice for the car via email. The car was $1500 higher than the ad. I asked about this, and was told the advertised price was only available if the car was financed through one of their lenders. I was encouraged to fill out a loan application if I wanted to buy the car at the advertised price. I filled out the loan application and was then told the car was too old for their lenders to make a loan for it. The end result? This car is not available at the advertised price. It’s a run around, I don’t recommend trying to buy a used car from Bill Luke Santan. More

The internet rep I worked with wasn't there. The "product expert" on the Polestar couldn't get the car to engage. Something was wring with the key. Blah blah blah.
