The salesman I had was quite good. The other customer service was awful. Terrible in terms of not being able to get vehicle until check cleared, then wanted verification of bank, copy The other customer service was awful. Also, made call to finance dept after the finance person who helped me was gone for three days and was to call me when said check cleared! Did not call back for over 2.5 hours. When mentioned this to Asst. Mgr. after going directly to dealership and asking why, his reply was”I told them to check their email more frequently “. One disaster after another. The salesperson showed patience but was probably running low. I will NEVER buy a car from this dealership again. More

I thought the the deanship was well kept, Angel, who was the sale rep was very nice and professional, would give it a 5 star, but I didn't like the control of me putting down only about 12% as down payment, the sale rep was very nice and professional, would give it a 5 star, but I didn't like the control of me putting down only about 12% as down payment, and limited to paying higher amount until after the 4th month.
