Worst car buying experience. The only reason I purchased a vehicle from Bill Luke was the rare find they had. Truck sold itself it did not need any assistance. Battery was dead in the lot. Acid all over the batteries asked several times to resolve that before purchase did not get done. No negation whatsoever. Asked for second key fob they refused. The sales staff has us shoot some basketball hoops for discount dollars on finance. When we finally get to finance, he said the discount dollars you won do not even matter. Feckless. This is where they try and sell you ridiculous at best. We signed all the papers two days later I had to call and see where our copies were. Found that the truck had warranty still, so called back and dropped all extras on contract. Had it financed through our bank, the only thing they did right. Service was terrible. I dropped truck off the night before service appointment. For the battery issue and a detail. I had to call them the next day at 11 am for an update. Service advisor disappeared, after I called him on his attempt to tell me lies. Why the truck had not been looked at yet, so the sales advisor called me and managed me the rest of time. I urged them to do both batteries as a courtesy, but they refused. Only one battery got replaced. I go pick it up still not detailed. Check engine light came on and I called to see if they would handle it. But they wanted the truck there and then they would decide if they would do something. So, I took it to Riverview Nissan all covered under warranty. The people that say it is so nice not to haggle with price need to understand that you lose every time you pay what they want. So, to not negotiate at all was a huge deal, but the whole experience was hands down terrible. There was no customer experience nothing that would bring me back. I had recently purchased a BMW from North Scottsdale BMW and it was seamless. Should learn from them on selling cars. I work in this industry and our customers are always taken care of if there is an issue, we resolve it. That is how it should be. Also, I LOVE my truck!!! More

Dealership would constantly reach out to check status when we were working on financing through our credit union but once we signed the paperwork it feels like they didn’t care anymore and I’ve had to be when we were working on financing through our credit union but once we signed the paperwork it feels like they didn’t care anymore and I’ve had to be constantly reaching out regarding the funds clearing.
