On 7/24/24 | received a call from Chris the sales manager asking if I was still interested in a 23 Tahoe l inquired about 2 weeks prior. I said it depends as the last time we looked at the Tahoe online it wa asking if I was still interested in a 23 Tahoe l inquired about 2 weeks prior. I said it depends as the last time we looked at the Tahoe online it was priced more than what we were budgeting for, he then mention that they had recently done a price reduction and asked me to reconsider. I spoke with my husband and the price did align with what we were willing to spend on that particular Tahoe due to the year and mileage. So we headed down and made The 1.5hr drive as we do not live in the area. I wanted to confirm with them that the trade in offer they gave us 2 weeks prior was still the same (I have the agreed upon price from the manager in text dated). At this time I am not texting with and talking with Daniel a sales guy. He notified me that the"market" changed and would not be honoring our original agreement but would do it for 500 less! Not thrilled about but we agreed to proceed as We test drove the vehicle with Daniel (I drove it personally) and the radio was off I didn't think anything of this as we were chatting with each other during the test drive so I assumed that's why it was off. We arrive back from our short test drive and proceed to complete the transaction. We already had our own financing in place with our credit union yet that didn't seem to make the finance guy Tanner very thrilled and he mentioned in several occasions that if we change our mind we can use theirs. We told Tanner no thank you. Tanner made it difficult to communicate and effectively provide our Credit Union the proper documentation needed in order for them to send the funds to the dealership. It was several calls during the one week ownership of our vehicle that Tanner still had not given our Credit Union what they asked for, and then still said hey how about we just use our lender it will be easier..... needless to say we felt he dragged this out for that very reason hoping we would give up with our Bank being exhausted by it and just cave... no Sir not happening. Came across as shady period. Now this is where the real issue and shady things comes in to play with this dealership. As we leave the dealership with the Tahoe and start driving to our house 1.5 hours away we get on freeway and turn on radio to try and pair our phones and listen to music we realize the radio has ZERO sound and the blinkers are not working or making any noise!!! You can imagine the shock, disappointment and frustration we had to experience this on our way home from just buying this Tahoe!! I immediately text our sales guy Daniel to let him know of this so it's time stamped and they are notified of the timeline of what just happened. He tells me well at least it's under manufacture warranty and for me to just take it to the nearest Chevy dealer by me. Like what no I'm sorry I should not have to take a car that I just bought the next day to the dealership to be worked on! Well I had no choice so I had to take the Tahoe in to my local Chevy dealer and Chevy would not cover a rental so I had to request that Bill Luke San Tan pay for a rental. The Tahoe was at the Chevy dealership from Thursday morning to Tuesday afternoon and during the time it was there Chevy discovered many other occurrences with this Tahoe like its ventilation seats do not work, and cargo panels that were lose and separated in areas and how there looks to be that the bumper has been replaced due to a accident that was not reported on CARFAX and that it could have been a in house repair job and if that was the case then you don't have to "disclose" it because you didn't go through insurance for repairs (New fear unlocked when buying used now). They dealership also found that the alignment was very bad and off on the vehicle and that was not going to be covered under warranty so I had to pay out of pocket $150 for it I have an alignment because it was so off and bad. Don't buy from this dealership, they are super shady. I recently purchased a vehicle here, but was never told there would be a 10 business day hold on out of state federal credit union check. In addition I recently purchased a vehicle here, but was never told there would be a 10 business day hold on out of state federal credit union check. In addition, they could not get our information correct on the purchase order contract. From having the wrong social security number, wrong driver's license number and not showing the down payment on the contract, it took them 4 times to get the right information sent to my financing bank. Please, please, do yourself a favor and shop someplace else. I wish I had. signed still waiting to pick up my vehicle!! I have since been able to cancel my contract and have received a refund of my deposit. Thank you Chad Seymore. More

Unfortunately after sale of vehicle Bill Luke could not resolve issue of crooked emblem on vehicle. They passed us around to 4 personnel and NOT one of them cared to correct the problem. Got a decent quote on a truck from Chris V. Went in to check out the truck, Chris was busy and a very helpful young man Peter Melillo, said he could help, and help he did. He even walked around the truck pointing out a few things I might have missed. I liked the truck. I liked working with Peter. We set up an appointment for my wife to drive a similar truck, because the one I was looking at was going in for service. When we got to the dealership, the truck I wanted to purchase was setting there ready to go. Peter had gotten the service department to push it up in their rotation so it would be ready. While looking at the truck, Peter gave us the key and said check it out drive it, I'll just wait inside... unheard of, Right! I was ready to negotiate, when Peter said, we reduced the price on the truck yesterday??? Totally surprised, my reaction was What? and then Wow! Then Alright!!! I am now the owner of a new Ram! I'll add this thought, It was like no other dealership, no high pressure, not 3 or 4 sales people trying to beat us up or put us in a truck we didn't want or couldn't afford. Just good honest people taking car of their customers. (Peter keep an eye out for the highlander we talked about.) More
