Don't buy from this dealership, they are super shady. I recently purchased a vehicle here, but was never told there would be a 10 business day hold on out of state federal credit union check. In addition I recently purchased a vehicle here, but was never told there would be a 10 business day hold on out of state federal credit union check. In addition, they could not get our information correct on the purchase order contract. From having the wrong social security number, wrong driver's license number and not showing the down payment on the contract, it took them 4 times to get the right information sent to my financing bank. Please, please, do yourself a favor and shop someplace else. I wish I had. signed still waiting to pick up my vehicle!! I have since been able to cancel my contract and have received a refund of my deposit. Thank you Chad Seymore. More

Unfortunately after sale of vehicle Bill Luke could not resolve issue of crooked emblem on vehicle. They passed us around to 4 personnel and NOT one of them cared to correct the problem. Got a decent quote on a truck from Chris V. Went in to check out the truck, Chris was busy and a very helpful young man Peter Melillo, said he could help, and help he did. He even walked around the truck pointing out a few things I might have missed. I liked the truck. I liked working with Peter. We set up an appointment for my wife to drive a similar truck, because the one I was looking at was going in for service. When we got to the dealership, the truck I wanted to purchase was setting there ready to go. Peter had gotten the service department to push it up in their rotation so it would be ready. While looking at the truck, Peter gave us the key and said check it out drive it, I'll just wait inside... unheard of, Right! I was ready to negotiate, when Peter said, we reduced the price on the truck yesterday??? Totally surprised, my reaction was What? and then Wow! Then Alright!!! I am now the owner of a new Ram! I'll add this thought, It was like no other dealership, no high pressure, not 3 or 4 sales people trying to beat us up or put us in a truck we didn't want or couldn't afford. Just good honest people taking car of their customers. (Peter keep an eye out for the highlander we talked about.) More

I would have rated this dealership higher, but I specifically told the salesman that I was on my lunch hour, that I had limited time and was not going to be purchasing a car that day, and that I onl specifically told the salesman that I was on my lunch hour, that I had limited time and was not going to be purchasing a car that day, and that I only wanted some information. I was there to look at and test drive one vehicle and to get an estimate of the total cost. They advertise that they sell their cars at the best deals, and since this specific vehicle was under Kelley BB, I just wanted to know what dealer fees would be. I made it clear that the quickest way to lose my business would be through high pressure sales. So after driving the vehicle, the salesman and I went inside for the cost info. The salesman showed me a printout and I asked to take it with me and he said he’d be right back with a copy. So he came back with a copy, but with his boss who wanted to know how he could sell me a car that day. HUGE turnoff! I ended up buying the car, but out of the 12 dealerships I went to on this vehicle buying journey, the only dealership that didn’t treat me like a meal ticket, was Subaru Superstore in Gilbert. Bill Luke can learn from them. More
You can tell that this dealership trained their people very well. Big thanks to Nick for being so Professional and having a lot of patience on us.
