Dustin is a really nice guy! This is the reason I even rated 3 stars. Finance guy is a great guy as well, tried hard to sell me add-ons, but that's normal. After they inspected my trade in, I was asked if I'd contact my insurance company to file a glass claim to have the windshield replaced. The ground shook from every jaw in the world, simultaneously dropping.... :/ On two separate occasions, my sales guy said he would check the status of my truck and get back to me same day or the next day, and never did. Four to five days later, I would call back for a status update. You have to keep your word. Regardless of the industry, customer service is everything. The other issue I have, is this re-conditioning process. If you look at real-estate sites, you'll see a status like "coming soon", or "under renovation". Those statuses allow them to market it, but let buyers know it's not quite ready. Other companies (carvana, carmax, etc...) use these kinds of statuses as well. And when an industry landscape changes, you have to ask yourself; Are we going to be like yellow cab? Or should we pivot, adapt and thrive. Besides that, the truck is great. I had to wait 2 weeks for it (but that wasn't my issue), the issue was not knowing when I would get it, and at what stage of the process it was in. Also made me think maybe something was wrong with the truck. I almost canceled 3 different times. Just my feedback, for what it's worth. More

I've been to Bill Luke in the past and they were amazing so I thought I would go back when searching for another vehicle. Everything was going really great until it was noticed there was a mistake made and so I thought I would go back when searching for another vehicle. Everything was going really great until it was noticed there was a mistake made and we couldn't get a deal done. I get it things happen, so I don't hold anything against Bill Like and the sales team. Nick was great and was helping every step of the way. Everyone there was trying to make something happen but at the end of the day it just didn't work out. I will still keep my eye on Bill Luke in the future however, their dedication to the customer is unmatched and hopefully next time we can get a deal done. More
