Nice facility, lots of inventory and great pricing. Salesman was slow, finance wasn’t all that quick. I have bought many cars under an hour. My experience took 4 hours! I was told I’d be out in 30min however took hours to wrap up and get to work. By far the slowest vehicle purchase, and I was the only customer. I decided to buy 2 vehicles instead of one and was welcomed with a hiked up interest in the second. I would expect better service for a double buyer. The rate was reduced to match the other. I was also almost “tricked” into buying the wrong car, same everything but not the specific unit I wanted. Took days to negotiate a $573 dollar discount to qualify for a federal $4000 rebate. Again, as a serious double buyer, I’d expect a minor adjustment without making multiple visits and speaking with a multitude of people. Also, was given a $500 bonus voucher for referring my wife for the second vehicle but was unable to apply it since household members don’t count. Just a gimmicky feeling. When trading in vehicle, I was told they’d match another dealer, when results came back the offer was a few thousand less and they included the “tax savings” as part of their offer … that’s deceptive and a waste of time. I made it clear I wouldn’t trade for less than the other dealer offered (in writing) More

The overall process was very slow and somewhat frustrating. My family went to purchase two vehicles to be more cost-effective regarding gas. Accommodating the purchase of two vehicles and attempting a high-value trade was minimally met by dealership. To be honest, it was disappointing. We did not complete the trade-in because their offer was extremely low. We did complete the purchases of the 2 vehicles. However a total of 6 to 7 hours of precious time was exhausting after full days of work to complete these purchases at the dealership. Cars were a decent price but hoped the customer service and willing to work with the customer was addressed and attended to at a higher satisfaction. Improvement on Overall speed of transaction and finance dept could use improvement. Sales manager customer service was not existent and willing to work with numbers could use improvement. Also when the car was brought out to be driven home at 9pm, it did not look clean and washed for sale but more importantly, the car was not completely charged! More
