Overall I'm disappointed with my experience. The salesmen Joseph and Peter were friendly and helpful. I'm disappointed that we could not negotiate a better deal. Also, the process of purchasi The salesmen Joseph and Peter were friendly and helpful. I'm disappointed that we could not negotiate a better deal. Also, the process of purchasing my vehicle took a very long time. Every step involved a long wait. I made a cash purchase, which should have streamlined the process, but I still did not leave the dealership until nearly 9pm. The finance guy's pitch about additional warranties was very time consuming, and his attitude was very high pressure and off-putting. My wife was very upset by this man's approach. When I politely declined the additional warranties his attitude was as if I insulted him. He was short with my wife because she spoke up and reiterated that we did not want to purchase any of the products. This interaction with him made the final document signing uncomfortable and stressful, when we should have been made to feel very happy about making the purchase. Instead, he made us feel like we just purchased a vehicle that was definitely going to cause us a lot of problems that could only be handled with the purchase of his products. We left the dealership with our vehicle feeling unhappy because the last interaction we had with a Bill Luke employee was rude. More

Not only does this dealership have a great selection of beautiful cars, but they also have a beautiful salesperson named Iris!! Iris was kind, knowledgeable and attentive.
