Justin McFadden in Internet Sales, who helped me to book a test drive was polite and helpful; his father, Brian “BMac” McFadden was very informative and down to earth- he put us at ease and made sure we wer a test drive was polite and helpful; his father, Brian “BMac” McFadden was very informative and down to earth- he put us at ease and made sure we were well-informed about the sale. Christian in Finance was also very down to earth and easy to get along with. Overall a very painless experience that the staff made fun. Would recommend Bill Luke, especially the McFadden’s, to anyone in the east valley. More

Yo-Yo SCAM CAR DEALER SHIP HERE. Look up "yo-yo" scam by the FTC to learn more what I'm talking about. I bought a car here 7/20/24, after completing a credit application, being told Look up "yo-yo" scam by the FTC to learn more what I'm talking about. I bought a car here 7/20/24, after completing a credit application, being told I was approved at a rate higher than I was comfortable with and depositing $5K. Less than 2 weeks later, after numerous calls by me for the loan account information, I was called by the dealer 8/2/24 claiming the loan was denied and I needed to return the vehicle IMMEDIATELY. For 3 days I attempted to seek clarity on the new terms of the deal to no avail. 8/5/24 I was called by a repo guy telling me he took the vehicle and asking me to "surrender" the keys. My business and personal property were still in the van. For 3 days I was given the run around by the dealer and repo guy about where to not only give them keys but also get my personal property contents from the vehicle. Finally on the 3rd day, 2 days after I gave them the keys back a repo guy calls me to meet him to return SOME of my property for which I had to pay $250 to get SOME of my own xxxx back. It's been FOUR months and my personal property that was inside the van has STILL NOT BEEN RETURNED TO ME despite the repo guy acknowledging there was mail in the car and an address he could mail my stuff back. And oh yeah, the 13 days I had the car ccost me $5,000.00, Bill Luke REFUSES TO REFUND MY MONEY. At this point, I have no choice but to sue them. More

Purchased a vehicle less than a month ago from them, including a full warranty. Today, 3.5 weeks later, the battery died. After calling to talk about reimbursement for a new $200 battery, the sales asso including a full warranty. Today, 3.5 weeks later, the battery died. After calling to talk about reimbursement for a new $200 battery, the sales associate Todd Navarro told me that they can't help me because when I drove off the lot, the battery was working fine. In addition, Christian Harding was my Finance Manager. He sold me on the warranty plan. It was an uncomfortable discussion. He called himself xxxxxxxx and autistic. He said I'd be an idiot to not finance X or do Y. He repeatedly reached across the table to gently touch my arm or shoulder, attempting to be comforting. He repeatedly went on tangents and talked about personal experiences. He didn't show or offer me the other tiers of warranty, only the highest and refused to tell me the pricing of the lower tiers. Absolutely bizarre and would not recommend. More
