I purchased a 2010 Dodge Caliber new through the internet service and had a very pleasant experience. The sales team was great but it was the new car welcome meeting and the ongoing service which keeps me a service and had a very pleasant experience. Our Dodge Caliber was one of thousands damaged in a Hail storm. After waiting to get in for weeks we were told it'd be there "awhile" Then were told it'd be done the next week only to be called 30 hours lat storm. Interior was filthy with a white powdery substance on floor mats and door panels?? No quality control at this place. We'll never be back. More
