Great Service Department - Moe Fuller is the best! Purchased a Jeep from another dealership in July. Less than 3 mos later, airbag light came on, that other dealership wouldn't stand behind their sale Purchased a Jeep from another dealership in July. Less than 3 mos later, airbag light came on, that other dealership wouldn't stand behind their sale or their 3k/3mos warranty. Took my Jeep to Bill Luke and just by chance ended up with Moe Fuller as our service advisor. Explained to him what was going on and left the Jeep. He called the next day after the full diagnostic and informed us that there were several recalls on the vehicle that hadn't been done and that the entire front end needed to be redone. Luckily I had purchased an extended warranty and was able to have Bill Luke do the work that was needed. Moe bent over backwards to accommodate us and make sure that we understood everything that needed to be done and the cost involved. He kept in touch, he called back when he said he would, he followed up when he said he would and really did everything possible to make the whole experience not stressful. When I got my Jeep back, it was SO much better than when I had dropped it off. They did an awesome job. As for Moe, I can't say enough about him. The service department is lucky to have him. Moe did everything he said he was going to do and really took good care of us. Bill Luke has always been a good reputable dealership but, without employees like Moe Fuller, I don't think it would be as apparent. He was a great service advisor, there should be more like him. We came in not sure what to expect and he took what could have been a very stressful experience for us because of the amount of work and money involved and made it ok. It's because of him that we'll be back. He truly went above and beyond both before and after the work was done. Rarely does a business have empathy for its customers or truly stay customer focused, especially a dealership. But, occasionally you'll find one that does because they've employed people with empathy. Moe is one of those employees. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure that his clients are satisfied and have had a good experience. Its people like him that bring the customers back again and again. He's customer focused! Bill Luke Chrysler is lucky to have an advisor like him. More

Worst Dealership Ever Worst experience ever!!!!!. Beware! do not do business with Bill Luke Doge. I brought my car to them to get serviced and while in their possession the Worst experience ever!!!!!. Beware! do not do business with Bill Luke Doge. I brought my car to them to get serviced and while in their possession they wrecked my car on the test drive. The accident was not their fault however they did not help at all to get my car fixed. In fact they made me pay for the loaner car that I get when servicing my vehicle, pay for the alignment and other work performed even though my car no longer runs and they made me pay for the tow of the vehicle from the accident site to the dealership when they are the ones who ordered it to be towed. The GM Kim Carter and owner Don Luke do nothing but lie to you. They both told me that they lose $1000 on every vehicle the sell and they do not make money selling vehicles. Don Luke actually hung up on me during a conversation. Stay away from this dealership. Worst Customer Service I have Ever Experienced. More
Poor Repair, Fair Cust. Service I had autobody work done a month ago and recently found that there was overspray in several spots on my car and compound in my headlight. However, while one individual (Kenny) provided poor customer service, others stepped up. When I was escorted to my car by Sergio, he was respectful. When I pointed out areas that still had overspray at pick up, he immediately responded and said he would take it off then and there. Though, they could not get it off the plastic. Sergio and management were kind enough to replace the piece. Instead of making me drive back a third time, they called the next day with my piece and offered to pick up my vehicle, replace the piece, and bring it back. I very much appreciated that. I still don't think their autobody work is up to par, but management responds promptly to your concerns. More
