I called early on a Wednesday morning to speak with the Service Department. After being put on hold for an extended period of time, I was offered the opportunity to leave a voice mail. I left my contact Service Department. After being put on hold for an extended period of time, I was offered the opportunity to leave a voice mail. I left my contact information with the understanding that someone would return my call that same day. Didn't happen. I emailed the dealership that evening and revived a response from someone in sales assuring me that someone from the Service Department would call me on Thursday. Didn't happen. I tried to speak with a Serice Manager (possibly Efram) on Friday morning and was unable to get in touch with him. I called and was told that a Sales Manager would return my call. Still waiting for that call. - - UPDATE - Finally received a call back from one of the Service Managers. He apologized for the inconvenience and scheduled my vehicle for service on Monday (3 days from today). I appreciate the time that he (Efram) took explaining what might have happened with my prior phone calls and attempts to reach someone in the Service Department. I understand that there may have been a learning curve with their new phone system, but it still is frustrating for customers. I am happy to be able to get my vehicle in prior to two scheduled surgeries and Jury Duty (both in Superior Court and Federal Court). even in retirement, I always seem to have a very busy schedule and depend on my vehicle. I chose this dealership because they sold me my car but they did me a disservice today. This car has been nothing but problems for me and they won’t even take the time to fix it so I can be on my way. Nobody is that far behind. They just rather your warranty expire or have you waste more money on their rental company. Very hurt and upset and their blatant negligence for loyal customers More
Took my 2016 Hellcat there for service and got a call at 1130pm that a homeless person was sleeping in the car, went down there to press charges. I DIDN'T WANT THE CAR BACK, so I actual gave them a chance and traded it in for a 2022 Redeye challenger. Brought it in last week to have glass vacuumed out of the door and when I got it back it was low on gas and 2 days later the handle broke!!! They wanted to send a guy back and drive it from Tempe to the dealer!!!! Totally unacceptable!!! This place, In my opinion, has gone downhill!!! After buying 7 cars in the last 4 years there, I AM TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AND AS FAR AS THIER SERVICE DIRECTOR GOES, HE'S OKAY WITH IT!!!! FAMILY BUSINESS MAYBE, FAMILY VALUES, A BIG NO NO!!! I just went to 4 dealers looking for parts they said they had yet only one had them bill luke the other dealer parts counterman tried to help but lacked proper experience to do there job. The counterman at bill luke help me in one tenth time I spent at the other dealers. I will tell you if and when im needing service or parts it will be these guys. The counterman that helped me work on the line at one time at airpark dodge the worst dealer in all of arizona as I told him about the hassels involved with finding parts with the airpark dealer I'd say Bill Luke gets 2 thumbs up infact they get all ten fingers up you guys rock More
Service dependent needs work. I’ve never had a dealership schedule me a date and time to drop my vehicle off, not give me a loaner and then not service my vehicle at all and then I’ve never had a dealership schedule me a date and time to drop my vehicle off, not give me a loaner and then not service my vehicle at all and then give me the excuse that it was a drop off appointment not a service appointment and they will try to get to my vehicle the next day I’m having to pay out-of-pocket for rental car from their dealership While my vehicle sits there I could’ve been driving this whole time because they weren’t servicing the vehicle priority to have premium vehicles new vehicles instead of to the appointment dates and times that they provide not my service advisors fault but poor management on the sales side while I was waiting on a vehicle on Appointment, the sales person asked me if I’d like to look at Something and I said no I’m just walking around my vehicle being serviced. I came back around after I decided I had a question about a vehicle that had passed by the sales said I’m not working with the condescending tone and looked away. I was actually considering upgrading my vehicle, but after that interaction with that sales person after the poor management of the service department and after asking for a quote from the body shop and the person helping me never contacted me back after three emails I think I’ll take my business elsewhere. More
Brought our 2006 Jeep Commander here for diagnostics that our regular mechanic did not have the machine for. When my husband asked for a same-day appt, he was told there were none available but that he could rent a new car off the lot fore a few days while we waited for it. That's an interesting sales ploy, LOL! I have no interest in buying a new car and apparently they have no interest in figuring out how to a schedule work appropriately or knowin how to service our "classic" inside of a day. Next...! More
I showed up at 0645 (they open at 0700) for the quick lube (just oil change) and it took them over 2 hours. They sent me a text to respond to with questions while I waited but the service rep (Jose) ign lube (just oil change) and it took them over 2 hours. After finally getting my truck back, they reported that my tires would need to be replaced soon, even those one of them was Brand New! Additionally recommended other services that I had recently done, but must not have appeared in the system (example: Brake fluid flush). Lastly, not sure why they moved my passenger seat all the way back and then leaned back. Looks like someone was taking a nap in there. Horrible first impressions - I will not go back there. More
I called on 4/29 trying set an appointment for my vehicle on 4/30 because it was the only day I had off for the next month or so. I told the appointment taker on the phone that I knew they would not get to on 4/30 because it was the only day I had off for the next month or so. I told the appointment taker on the phone that I knew they would not get to my vehicle for a few days and I was ok with that, that I just wanted to drop it off. She says yes that is fine. So on 4/30 I get a text message stating that I have an appointment on 5/30. When I called the service department to ask what was going on a different person told me that my appointment was set for 5/7 and there was nothing she could do because there were no appointments available until then. I then asked her if it was ok to just drop my vehicle that day because I wasn't going to be able to miss any other day of work. She said no because they had no parking available on the lot. I ask her that there was really no parking anywhere on that huge lot that they have and she said "sorry but no" in a condescending tone. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager then gave me the exact same response word for word. So then they rescheduled me for 5/3 and told me that I could drop my vehicle off Sunday evening right after she told me that they have no parking that they have been getting fined for parking where they shouldn't be. So now I have to reschedule and find a way to get my vehicle there. If I didn't buy an extended warranty through Bill Luke to where I have to take to only them or pay a deductible I would never do business with this dealership. More

The very next day I started the Jeep and the screen to the radio had an error message about an update not complete. I took the Jeep back and was told they would have to order a replacement bumper and radio. As if that wasn’t bad enough, they told me they have NO estimated time of arrival... WHAT? So this Jeep is 5 days old, 170 miles and I have no radio, no gps, no back up camera etc! I am literally in a state of shock. As someone who have purchased many new cars in my lifetime, this is the WORST experience ever! My brand new 2021 Jeep needs two components replaced in less than a week! Buyer Beware More
