Like I stated to the Service Director, your combative attitude and argumentative nature now has me doing businees elsewhere. I was trying to get a vehicle purchased for My Mother as a xmas present and this issue took up my day, delaying the purchase to the 24th. Not ideal. Looks like I will be buying a Mercedes instead of a vehicle at your facility. Maybe these argument on whether I am retired and more emphasis on customer service, you had a chance to salvage the relationship. I doubt this matters, since the "family owned business" is solely interested in the bottom line and NO THE CUSTOMERS.. I hope to be proven wrong and have the owner reach out, so we can discuss the downward trajectory of the customer service issues they are having, I'm sure they aren't aware of the homeless using our cars as overnight accommodations!!!

We also provided a rental to you at no cost. We apologize about your experience with sales and we are looking into who you might have spoken with so we can get that addressed. One day free rental. The remaining would have been mine. There is no confusion. I had a scheduled date and time 29 hours later vehicle had not been touched by anyone. I was also told the 4 recalls could have been completed the first day.

We did provide a rental and were working on diagnosing the two main shop problems. Next it would have gone to the recall tech, and also up to the bodyshop for the estimate you requested. On the service drive, Anabely went over the time to diagnose and complete the 4 recalls.

I was only offered one day free rental. My appointment was for a particular date and time 24 hours later it had not been touched at all. Otto’s line, date and time does not matter. I only needed one item addressed that was an outside warranty company as I disclosed within 24 hours as not to have to pay the 350 dollar deductible and that did not happen. Why do you schedule people for service if you are only going to take their car to sit on your lot until another day and work on it at your leisure? I was told the remaining days I would have to pay out of pocket for the rental. I have never been scheduled service to then not service the vehicle the same day. Seems like poor planning on your dispatch side. Advisor was great. It is poor management logistically. Also, no one cared about the the body shop not responding to emails I like how you claim now that it was going up for an estimate. Clearly, you have no idea what you’re talking about because I sent over the Install guide to the body shop. They did not need my vehicle to do an estimate. They only they already had what they needed which was the install guide and never responded so you response to cover your end, my complaint about the body shop is just a lie. Also, no one responded about the sales person and his condescending tone and refusal to help. All in all your dealership sucks and I’ll never be doing business there again.

Can you explain why the passenger seat was even moved? All I asked for was an oil change. Nothing else, especially something that would require that to occur. You advertise online "Express Lane Service: Fast Oil Change and Maintenance in Phoenix". All I asked for was an oil change. Why did it take 2 hours for a simple oil change when I showed up before you opened and came through the "Express Lane". I am Military and have been a loyal Dodge Ram owner since 2002 stationed all over the USA. This is the first dealer with "Express Lane" that took 2 hours for a simple oil change.

Unfortunately, I am not sure why the seat was moved but we notified the lube rack manager to look into that. We do advertise that, you are correct and if there are no other customers ahead of you it is quick but we had quite a bit of customers scheduled at 7am so it took longer than normal.

We are not sure where the scheduling confusion is coming from, but we are looking into it. Bill Luke absolutely takes in night drop off's after hours to accommodate our customers busy schedules. Friday is typically the day that we begin to get vehicles out of the shop and prepare for intake the following week so Sunday we would have open parking on the lot for your vehicle.
