For all of you that are in need of a NEW or USED automobile, I would personally like to recommend Robert D. Stirrup. We recently visited Bill Luke and our experience was wonderful!! My husband a automobile, I would personally like to recommend Robert D. Stirrup. We recently visited Bill Luke and our experience was wonderful!! My husband and I have owned many vehicles in our life time and have had very FEW pleasant experiences at car dealerships. It’s been more like experiencing a torture chamber!! Robert was professional, but not pushy!! He worked HARD to get us the deal we were looking for. He was also very accommodating. I can’t praise him enough. I plan to purchase all future vehicles through him as well as send him everyone I know that is looking to buy!! Awesome job Robert, you’re the MAN! Shawn & Michelle More
I purchased a used Nissan for my daughter. The first problem that I had with the dealer was that it took them 5 days to deliver the vehicle. We purchased the car on a Saturday and it wasn't available fo problem that I had with the dealer was that it took them 5 days to deliver the vehicle. We purchased the car on a Saturday and it wasn't available for pickup until Wednesday night. When we went to get the vehicle, it was soaking wet from their cleaning, very disgusting. It took an additional 2 full days for the car to dry, so really 7 days from purchase to having a usable vehicle. After driving the vehicle for a week my daughter told me that the check engine light came on and there was a rumbling at speeds over 40MPH. Took the vehicle to a local shop and they told me that the codes were for the catalytic converter, but they also told me that they found oil in the coolant and I needed a new tire. I didn't believe them, so I took it to another shop who said the same thing, oil in the coolant and I needed a new catalytic converter, this shop said they weren't sure why there was oil in the coolant as the head gasket seemed to be ok. So the oil had to be put there intentionally either by the dealership or the previous owner. Either way, the dealer shouldn't have delivered the car that way. They were suspicious in the fact that the cat converter had failed but still somehow passed emissions before the sale?? They thought something was extremely suspicious about that and suggested that I contact AZ VET and alert them of this, because they said it shouldn't pass emissions with a failing cat converter. So $1300 later all repairs have been completed. More

Bill Luke is, hands down, the best dealership experience I've ever had. I will not trust my baby with anyone else. The costumer service is always with a smile and I've never had to wait for hours on my car I've ever had. I will not trust my baby with anyone else. I will never step foot on this lot ever... and here is why. My fiancée was shopping online for a used car as well as financing options. One of the financers who approved her was roadloans. They emaile why. My fiancée was shopping online for a used car as well as financing options. One of the financers who approved her was roadloans. They emailed her an approval code and packet. Her approval was for a monthly payment of $200. with $1000. down. One of the cars she was approved for was a 2006 chevy cobalt that was located at this dealership. So off to the dealer we go. Arriving at the dealership we were turned over to sales person Dave Sonnenberg by the receptionist. My fiancée explained to him that we were there to look at the 2006 chevy cobalt because she was already approved through roadloans at $200. per month with $1000. down on this car. Dave S gives her some papers to fill out while he gets the keys. He takes her filled out papers, hands us the keys and says the car is out this way somewhere... and points out the door. We go out and look the car over. It runs great but blocked in so we can't move it. In checking the trunk area i see the previous owners Oregon plates inside... so i start looking it over very well for rust damage repairs. I see the hood repair, front bumper repair, LF fender and headlight repair. The LF headlight lense had been replaced and a piece was loose inside. The rest of the body was very nice. We also noted that the oil filter gasket was seeping oil... a dollar to fix. Dave said the car had been on the lot 11 days and was waiting for service inspection and detailing... probably next week. We went back inside. Dave sits down with his numbers worksheet. Sales manager instantly cut the price a thousand dollars... good deal. He makes the sheet look like we negotiated to 200. a month to take to the sales manager. We explained again that there was no need to negotiate as she was already approved for 200. a month through roadloans. Dave S said... we are not going through roadloans because they charge the dealer a fee... and off he goes. He comes back and states that she is approved.. at $227. a month for 48 months with another finance company. My fiancée spends an hour in the financ office signing papers and placing the deposit. We leave because it will be a few days to go through service and detail. 3 days later Dave S leaves my fiancee a voicemail that the car needs rocker panels and her payment is now going to be $267. per month. So when i get home i call Dave S to get info. He states the car needs rocker panels and her payment is now $267. per month. I stated that she signed papers saturday for $227. a month. He said it doesn't matter her payment is now $267. So i told him i think i need to speak to an attorney since she spent an hour filling out all those financial documents. Dave S said " do what you have to do " AND HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. When we went back to get our deposit back we were told by Eddie that we have to come back tomorrow. My fiancée asked for her roadloans packet back but he said it was already shredded. Do the math. A scam is in action. $267. a month plus $1000. down on a 2006 cobalt with 92,000 miles. As a consumer who has been around dealerships for 30 years i will state on the record that this was the worst experience ever.... and will never shop there again . We are members of a couple of gold prospecting clubs where jeeps and four wheel drives are the norm. All club members will be told of our experiences so that they can choose elsewhere to buy. We are also going to monitor carfax to make sure the rocker panel work makes the carfax report or fraud will be indicated. More

My wife was ready to buy herself a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, so we went into Luke Chrysler Jeep Dodge on November 11th, to check their selection and see how their customer service was. We were greete Unlimited, so we went into Luke Chrysler Jeep Dodge on November 11th, to check their selection and see how their customer service was. We were greeted by Chris Delara who said he would be happy to show us what he had on the lot. He showed us two Wranglers and we test drove a Gecko green model. He seemed helpful and we told him we would think about it and get back to him. On November 24th, we went back in after calling the day before to see if Chris would be there to help us again. When we came in on Saturday, we saw the same Gecko green Wrangler on the lot that we test drove two weeks earlier. This color is a very slow seller from what I've read, but we like it. When we found Chris, he said "I think that Jeep might still be here" (trying to instill panic in us so as to get us thinking we missed out). We pointed to the Jeep and told him it was right there, so he took us over to inspect it, since we had told him that we WOULD be buying a Jeep today and it could be this one if the money was right. While looking at the Jeep, Chris commented to my wife "You REALLY like this one don't you?" with the look of Golum seeing the ring, because he thought since we came back that this was a slam dunk deal and he could pull whatever he wanted to over on us and we would pay anything, because we could not live without that model. So, I could tell things were starting to go sideways, when we sat down at the sales desk, Chris then starts to run numbers by us, that weren't what we were led to expect, and was insisting we sign paperwork that had large blank spaces on it, BEFORE we even started to work on a sales price. When my wife called him on this he started to get very defensive, and then when we reminded him of the special black friday offers, he tried telling us those were not being offered until we showed him Bill Luke's ad as proof. My wife had to insist to get what was already advertised and each time she insisted, Chris's tone became more condescending. We tried to keep him on track to the fact we wanted the "out the door" price, but by this time, he was becoming MORE offended by the fact that we we NOT the "pushover easy deal" he dreamed of and was becoming more abrasive. When my wife asked if we could speak to the sales manager, to see if he could work the numbers with us, Chris said angrily "He won't come over here, He has ME!" (Really)? The truly sad thing here is that, if we had a GOOD customer-centric sales person that would have wanted to work the Gecko Jeep, he would have had a sure sale. OR if he couldn't make the numbers work on the Gecko, what a GOOD sales associate would have done, would have said "I can't get the numbers where you need them to be on this Jeep, but lets see if there is another on the lot that I CAN work a deal with you on, OR ask us if we would like to special order a new Jeep so it would be JUST what we wanted. He made no attempt to do anything to save the sale, but instead he let us walk out without ANY attempt to work with us. It seems these basic rules of customer centricity have eluded Chris and as a result, so has our business, since we WILL be buying our Jeep this weekend. The fact that Bill Luke seems to condone this sort of thing is VERY disappointing and I have the unpleasent task to warn as MANY people as possible AWAY from this dealership (facebook is next. We had such high hopes for a pleasant transaction, but if this is how they treat strong sales leads BEFORE the sale, I shudder to think of what their customer service is like AFTER they have your money. Bill Luke should be ashamed and all potential buyers out there have been WARNED! More
