I got to see a wide variety of Dodge vehicles that would fit my budget. Mr. Delara made sure that my payments were good and explained the process form start to finish before I was sent on to finance. Even then Chris Delara made sure I was happy with my purchase and even made sure I had no questions before I left. From start to finish this was a fantastic car buying experience. I would definitely recommend Bill Luke as a dealership and Chris Delara was a great example of what a great salesman should be. Thank you all for comfortable process in car buying. More
Mr. Obe from sales department really attended to my questions and made sure I felt comfortable by getting the information which I was looking for. He went out of the way by driving the car to my residence location since I was having a rented car of my own. Overall experience, including all departments, was still good, but could have been better if the wait was a little less. Pros: All employees behave sincere and not try to oversell. Cons: I had to spend the entire day to complete my purchase. The operations can be better managed may be through better CRM implementation. e.g. to make the final deal why does the employee need to go and consult the manager manually. Your software should allow him to take instant approval on his monitor or may even if manager needs to get involved that can be done through system. Just a suggestion, not any feedback against an employee. Another suggestion: More information needs to be available to the employees on a vehicle at the click of a mouse, than is available to us general public on your website. Implying that an employee only login should open exclusive information source to the sales employee, so that he can complete the deal without consulting anyone further. This is a miscellaneous observation, and not specific to my case, and hence a suggestion. More

It was the best experience we have ever had at a dealership. The only downside was the wait but was understandable for a busy Sunday. My wife and I are Interested in purchasing a new Jeep Wrangler, so we decided to check out Bill Luke Jeep. When I first submitted and online request for information, I was answered the same day by a friendly woman named Sparkle! I set up an appointment with Sparkle and when we arrived she was happy to meet us. She introduced us to Michael and said that he would be taking care of us today. All we really wanted to do was test drive a few different Jeeps and we said that we are not planning on making a purchase for a minimum of 4 months from now. They were still super friendly and gave us their full attention, even though they knew we would not be applying for a loan or making a purchase. Michael was very informative and helped us see what it is that we need to do in the following few months to prepare for the big purchase. I give Bill Luke Jeep a rating of 5 in every category, except price (because I am very frugal), because they were very friendly right from the get go and stayed friendly the entire time, which implies superb customer service across the board. It seems apparent that the quality of work is excellent, as everyone we ran into or dealt with was well dressed, professional and friendly as well. Our overall experience at this dealership was very good and there is a pretty good chance that when we do decide to buy a Jeep, we will be going back to Bill Luke! Alan, Jamie and Maddox. More

This my fourth car I have bought from Dave Sonnenberg at Bill Luke. He is a wonderful salesman and human being. He is the only person I will purchase a vehicle from.
