He was not pushy at all. He was there for me and to see I got what I needed. I didn't fill I had to settle for anything less the what I wanted. Lional made sure I was aware of where the service department was and went over everything on my truck to make sure I new how to properly operate everything on my new dodge ram 1500. Some how are referral accidentally fell through the cracks. I finally called after a few months had gone by and spoke to Lionel. He was at home on his day off when he took my call and told me that he would check on it the very next day when he got to work.
