Wow! If you read the post we did come to a deal. It doesn't matter if you have been in service since 1927. Your employees are poorly trained. I felt awful and embarrassed for my sales rep having to deal with your finance manager and the lady that did my paperwork. It is awful when someone tries to call your dealership 16 times in one day to reach a manager and it takes writing a review about you to get a response 21 days later. I was treated with world class customer service at Earnhardt Jeep in Gilbert and highly recommend anyone to go there.
