Wow! If you read the post we did come to a deal. It doesn't matter if you have been in service since 1927. Your employees are poorly trained. I felt awful and embarrassed for my sales rep having to deal with your finance manager and the lady that did my paperwork. It is awful when someone tries to call your dealership 16 times in one day to reach a manager and it takes writing a review about you to get a response 21 days later. I was treated with world class customer service at Earnhardt Jeep in Gilbert and highly recommend anyone to go there.

Thanks for taking the time to post your review. Unfortunately, I am not familiar with your vehicle or situation. Our salesman did their responsibility in providing you with the information you requested. In order to determine financing you qualify for such as the 0% financing offer thru Chrysler Capital credit does need to be reviewed. We serve many out of state customers. Buyers are charged the City tax they purchase a vehicle in and then State Tax, in your case Texas where the vehicle will be registered. Yes we do have a $399 doc and unlike all other dealers in the valley we do not have any other ad on fee's. I am sorry for the inconvenience. Our GSM has tried to email you about the detail and hasn’t heard from you so if you have a chance please give us a call at 602-249-1234. Essentially there is a process here to get the certified vehicle ready to sell. Firstly, we verify with Chrysler upon arrival that this vehicle can be certified – if so, then it becomes certified online and goes to the shop for safety inspection, detail, and repairs if necessary. The vehicle you wanted had met this first step, but had not yet gone to the shop- therefore it was not ready to sell to you. I am terribly sorry about this, but we cannot sell this vehicle until it has met all of the certified criteria – such as replacing the windshield and tires as you specified. Once it has been through the shop it would be in the condition one would expect as a certified unit. Thanksgiving week is hectic and I’m sorry that the vehicle was not ready, but it was not falsely advertised. Once through the shop, it will be an amazing Certified Jeep available from Bill Luke – Serving Arizonans Since 1927.
