Dealership experience I would not recommend this dealership. My siblings and I came here to purchase a vehicle for my sister who is currently deployed overseas and the serv I would not recommend this dealership. My siblings and I came here to purchase a vehicle for my sister who is currently deployed overseas and the service we had overall was a lot of xx. One the customer service provided to us is something I never expected especially from a manager. The minute we walked in no one greeted us or asked if we had any questions or if we were being helped. Then after being there for like a whole ten minutes we finally got the helped we needed only because we had to approach someone to get us the help. Even then the manager who I had an appointment with didn't even want to deal with us so he sent us someone who had no idea about the appointment we had made & was no help what so ever. In between the time of going over paperwork for the vehicle we were trying to purchase they kept giving us different answers and they kept switching up the requirements of what we needed to be able to take the vehicle. We spent more than three hours at that dealership and the whole time being there as the manager pace back and forth near us never once asked how things were going or if everything was okay. Instead he gave attitude and just didn't want nothing to do with us. Watching our surroundings and the employees we had a lot of giggling and such as the worker we were dealing with went back and forth to get information we needed. Honestly this was the first time I ever came to this dealership and it would definitely be my last. There was a lot more I could complain about, but I think the point is very clear that the service we received was one of the worse someone could ever experience. More

Best new car buying experience to date If you shopped around as much as I did you would realize their online prices are the best. Everyone we worked with was extremely professional and we were out of there in MUCH less time than it recently took my husband to buy a car (different dealership).
