Purchase New Car I have been very pleased with the entire purchase process from Bill Luke. The first contact a new car buyer has is the sales person and everything will get either better or worse from that point. I must say that Lionel Herbert, my sales person, from the first handshake to the final hand shake when driving the new car off the lot was quite an enjoyable experience. From that , I have purchased three other new cars from Lionel over the past two years. I have recommended Bill Luke and Lionel to other people that have thanked me many times for a great buying experience. More
Too busy - sorry Came to Bill Lule to look at used cars since they have a great selection. At first the experience was pleasant enough but after being passed to a new Came to Bill Lule to look at used cars since they have a great selection. At first the experience was pleasant enough but after being passed to a new guy since our original sales person, Lionel, was too busy with other clients we informed that they did not have time to help us with our questions. Lionel handed us a card and rudely sent us on our way. Apparently unless you know exactly what you want, have no questions, or purchasing a new car, steer clear of this place!! More
Horrible and don't waste your time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! First got there and sales people are just talking they look at us and continued there conversation. So we continued walking looking for a specific truck when finally this older guy came up and asked us if we been helped. So looked at the vehicle, test drove the truck, then wanting to talk numbers. Mind you the person I took knew the in's and out's to buying a car. They offered me 9,000 for my car when I just left Larry H. Miller and they were offering off the bat for 11,500. So they came back and wanted a total OTD (out the door price) of 38,000. But thr price of the truck was 28,500. They didnt budge and didnt care for what we had to say and pretty much said take it or leave it so we asked to speak to the manager. Very rude manager and continued to insist that it was a "great" price blah blah blah when we know they bought it for much less and had room to negotiate. What you see is what u get, dont bother going there to negotiate they will NOT. Worst dealer I have been to ever. More

We dealt with Terry Lowe and by the end we were thankful to have him. What a great guy, very respectful and truly does car in getting you the right car. After a good time with Terry, we were introduced to Thayer in Finance and it only got better through their process. Thayer was awesome! He kept us laughing and explained everything for us to make things easier on our end. Not only did Terry take us to where we can get our car serviced if we have any issues, they walked my Fiance who the car was for all the way through how everything works (synced her phone, blue tooth etc..) If you're looking for a place to feel comfortable and not feel like you're being pressured into something, Bill Luke Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is highly recommended.- Chad & Shannon. More

EVERYONE at this dealership is a crook! Went in with a pre approval from our Credit Union. The sales guy Joel tried to switch it, then the finance guy then another sales guy. Poor Repair, Fair Cust. Service I had autobody work done a month ago and recently found that there was overspray in several spots on my car and compound in my headlight. However, while one individual (Kenny) provided poor customer service, others stepped up. When I was escorted to my car by Sergio, he was respectful. When I pointed out areas that still had overspray at pick up, he immediately responded and said he would take it off then and there. Though, they could not get it off the plastic. Sergio and management were kind enough to replace the piece. Instead of making me drive back a third time, they called the next day with my piece and offered to pick up my vehicle, replace the piece, and bring it back. I very much appreciated that. I still don't think their autobody work is up to par, but management responds promptly to your concerns. More

WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I bought a truck in Jan 2015 from Wendy in the Fleet department for my business. It was worst experience I have had at any dealership in my life. Her I bought a truck in Jan 2015 from Wendy in the Fleet department for my business. It was worst experience I have had at any dealership in my life. Her product knowledge is the worst. Ask her any question and she has to go ask someone for the answer. I came to pickup the truck and it wasn't even ready. It was missing mud flaps. I asked her where they were and was told I could take it over to service and have them installed. Poor Poor customer service! The dealership as a whole is unprofessional. I was told I was signed up for businesslink, ask someone there what Businesslink is and they really can't tell you. It is supposed to give businesses priority in service but, when my transmission would not go into drive intermittantly. They took over 3 business days to look at it the and another 4 to get the parts. The truck was down for a week two weeks after I got it. Bill Luke is rollin over in his grave with how this dealership is being run More
