After agreeing to purchase the car we were lead to the finance department which is where the fun started with Mr Tyler. As expected everything was gone over very quickly and papers shoved under our noses to sign, warranties were pushed relentlessly but declined. When it came to the finance rate I had previously gone to my own bank and been approved a rate of 4.7%, obviously I wanted the £1000 discount so was happy to take the dealership rate and re finance the next day. Now as I am new to the country it was impossible for them to find me a rate, then, miraculously after showing my approval they found the same rate, fantastic!! and guess what, the tyre protection can be done for only $1 more a month !! holly smoke Tyler,thats bloody brilliant, lets do it, the rate is 4.7& right ? ohhh yes he says!!! So were all signed up, go outside and the sales rep says the car will be a couple of minutes as they are fitting an alarm... "what for I ask" ? "oh thats just something we do here"... "O.K I say", to which the girlfriend says, "yeah my dealership tinted the windows for me"... well thats a nice touch. So were back at home I have a look over the paper work and see a charge for $488 security, $524 tyre protection and a 2.7% interest rate.. what the F***!! Next morning I call Tyler and he says "oh we include the alarm in the rate and you agreed to it anyway, "did I"? "yes you must have a bad memory" he replies. No tyler, I dont, the question would you like a $488 alarm that you can't even give me any details of never came out of your mouth and, I am cancelling that tyre protection, "how do i do that" ? "You have al the details on your documentation, but wait he says... I need your SS number to complete the finance, thats fine tyler send me the cancelation form and details of the alarm and I will send the docs that you need, actually tyler says, its store policy that warranties cannot be cancelled, its not written anywhere but it is definitely a store policy and you cannot cancel it.. Ok tyler. So I call the number on the back of the warranty which says clearly that you can cancel within 30 days and they tell me the dealer will not send the info to them for 90 days so they cannot process the cancelation.. back to tyler I go and we continued to discuss the dishonesty of compiling a rate of 2.7% + an alarm that was not discussed + warranty and then verbally labelling it as 4.7% Anyway ,after much deliberation and complaining it turns out the 2.7% rate has been declined now and I have to come back to the dealership to refinance, I advised that as per their terms if they cannot finance, the deal is off and I can return the car and get my money back. Now he is really P*s*ed and says "do what ever you want", followed with a text about how they are trying their best to accommodate me but I'm being difficult, followed by another saying that although alarms can be fitted at 9:30 pm they can only be removed before 5pm. So, Another day off work it is to rush back to Bill Luke and on the way the sales rep calls to see whats going on and say that he will meet me there to remove the alarm. We get to the dealership and understandably tyler is cowering in a back office meaning we are greeted, after 20 mins by another finance officer. He has no apology but does have the new paperwork using the loan we had already had approved minus all the bull s**t add ons. I asked for a copy of the 2.7 % rate being refused, which, after some complaining he released and.... guess what... right at the top, there it is..declined at 8.32pm ,the previous night!!! 30 mins before I signed the paperwork and had the alarm (i didn't ask for) fitted. From this I can only conclude that the plan was to mislead me into signing up with all the extras at the lower rate and then call to say it was declined, re finance me at a higher rate ,but still with all the add ons.They gave me a car and allowed me to sigh knowing fully that there was no finance in place. I have tried to contact them since to share my feedback but nobody is interested. Ah well, the prices are decent just make sure you know they are the most dishonest people I have ever had the sadness to encounter. Read the documents and don't believe anything they tell you :-) More

The day I went in the salesman, Joey Aguirre, and the financier, Richardo Juca, assisted me to purchase a new vehicle. After a few days, I was having issues with the car and I called Joey, Richardo, and various people at Bill Luke. I did many calls, left several voicemails, and my calls were either ignored or they stated they could not do much. It took two weeks to finally get a response back and an appointment at the dealership. I had to travel from Tucson to Phoenix to get that completed. At the appointment they only did fixed part of the issues. I came to the Jim Click dealership in Tucson for assistance and they kindly supported me. I love my new car; however, Bill Luke made purchasing my first vehicle the worse experience and they have terrible customer service! More

Great Experience We came to Bill Luke from Tucson to look at a used 2013 Lincoln Navigator. We were greeted by Lionel Hebert, one of the best car salesmen ever. Thanks to Lionel, our car-buying experience was a great one. Honest and enthusiastic, he knows his stuff and got us in and out of the dealership in no time with our “new” car. Lionel then put us with Billy Geffre who taught us how to use tall the “bells and whistles” in our new vehicle. Billy, too, is a real pro. The next time we’re in the market for a car, we’ll return to Bill Luke and ask for Lionel Hebert. More
Would NOT recommend this dealership! I was looking for a used car for my teenage son. I found one online and contacted the dealership. The online sales rep, Richard, told us to come right I was looking for a used car for my teenage son. I found one online and contacted the dealership. The online sales rep, Richard, told us to come right up to see it and drive it. The only thing he asked was that we ask for him. I told him we live in Ahwatukee and with rush hour traffic it would take us at least 45 minutes to get there. He said that wasn't a problem, he would be there. We left our house immediately and when we arrived at the dealership 45 minutes later we were told Richard had gone home. We were then told the vehicle wasn't even there! It was being serviced at another dealership down the street and that we have to come back the next day to see it. Needless to say, I was not happy! We drove all the way from Ahwatukee in rush hour traffic to see a car that wasn't even there. A sales manager came out to speak with me. He apologized for the inconvenience and told the salesperson to make it right and find a similar car for us. The only car he could find was approximately $4,000 over the cost of the one we came to look at. He told me he was sorry but that's the best he could do. He contact information and said they get great used cars in all the time and would call when something came in. Never heard from anyone at the dealership again! It is clear to me that they did not care at all about the experience we had and it's for that reason I would NEVER go back and could NEVER recommend this dealership. More
Poor Sales Experience Me and my wife were currently in the market for a new 2015 Jeep Cherokee and decided to visit Bill Luke because we saw a aggressively priced 2015 Jeep Me and my wife were currently in the market for a new 2015 Jeep Cherokee and decided to visit Bill Luke because we saw a aggressively priced 2015 Jeep Cherokee, we were greeted by a sales person named Mack, he was able to let us test drive the vehicle, explained the benefits of it, then took us back to his office to finalize the sale. We sat down, I explained to him what I would like for payment options ( as we are very farmiliar with financing/ purchasing car). He stepped out of the room then to talk with his sales manager and came back and said the car had been sold, then he suggested I look at used 2014 models and when I told him I would consider the idea of a used car. He showed us a used car with over 35000 miles that was actually priced higher then the original new car I wanted (that was sold while we were there). Understand this information wasn't being presented to us ( the only showed that the monthly payment was the same as the new car monthly payment) it was only shown to after I repeatedly had to ask and view statements of the total cost of the car and project interest rate. After explaining that option didn't fit my needs I asked if they could simply price match the original vehicle we came to see with 2015 model that had the same or even less options. they had 3 to choose from, all $700-$1000 more. Mack went back and forth to his sales manager and finally came back with the answer of " we only give so many great deals like that out and once there gone, they are gone." Its important to note the cars that I was flexible to purchase were 3 seperate cars that had the same or less options by Mack (the sales persons own understanding) once I explained I wasnt willing to pay more for a the same car that we originally wanted to purchase we were excused and told "He needed to sell something today". Now I wouldn't normally take the time to write a review but after this experience me and my wife went to another dodge dealership in the area ( located off McDowell in Scottsdale) and after telling them our past experience per batim, they were able sell us a 2015 at the original price we came into Bill Luke for ( which was sold while we're there) but with more options, and a much more aggressive and significally Better financing than discussed at Bill Luke. All with in 1 hour. Needless to say I now currently have the car I wanted, at the price I wanted (that Bill Luke advertised) all thanks to another dodge dealership who took the simple task and time to listen to our needs and wants and present us only with options that work best for us. With that said I wanted to write a review to let others know my experiece at Bill Luke in Phoenix, in an area that has so many options to the customer. More
