Not Honest My husband and daughter called several times to check and make sure a vehicle was available prior to driving across town (30 miles). Each time, once being on the way to the dealership, they were told the vehicle was waiting for them. After arriving and being handed off to a different salesman, they were told the vehicle was sold. This is a dishonest practice in trying to get consumers to your dealership. We will NEVER look at a vehicle at this dealership again and will let anyone else looking to steer clear because of their dishonest ways. More

Doug provided the information I requested about the vehicles I was interested in and gave me the time to look at the vehicles I was interested in without any pressure. Doug showed me the Bill Luke website and how to search it and I was able to go home after my first visit and do my own research on the different vehicles I was interested in which I like to do. Doug always treated myself and my family as if we were family, a true gentleman. I also had contact with Briana Enlow on Bill Luke's website while during my research and she answered my questions quickly making this another positive experience. After deciding on the vehicle, Doug made sure everything went smoothly and got the vehicle ready to go. I also got to meet Thayer Park in finance who did a great job of guiding me through the paper work and provided information on additional items that were offered with no pressure to buy any of it.
